Broken App! Ask to change app from previous one to this broken app before 30 june 2021. I can't even login. Emailed them, got no response. Requested email verify, but no return email in my inbox from tgem despite written 'please check your inbox'. Can't even login, how to pay bills??? Was doing just fine with that old app. Asking your customer to change app, but the app is in broken condition. Please fix this! I cant pay my bills, and you will cut my internet in a split of second!

Everytime i need to logout and login again in order to view my bill and account. After that, the next time i open again, same problem again and i need to relogin. All the time i only see "Uh oh! Something went wrong". Update: Yes. I've reinstall the app and I'm getting "Whoopsie". I have contacted you via in-app live chat, and told me that there is maintenance. I am able to view my account and bill via online website. But not this app.

Recent update is not good. They only update the app to put in their product related features, ads, subscription etc, if they gonna do that, there's no need to update the payment UI section. Before, the amount to pay is there when it's time to pay, now it's empty, have to key in amount manually, inconvenient and it's confusing. The billing and paid bill statement UI also changed, it was better before and easy to track transaction. 🤦♂️

App is good and convenient but a note of caution if you're offered for 1GBPS package with D-Link DPN-FX3060 modem router, better to skip this. The modem router performance is terrible especially 5GHz wifi and connection is not stable. On my previous 800mbps I never faced loading for Netflix but since upgrading I will face loading issues a few times a day.

Full of errors. Paying bills is impossible. Even the website doesn't work sometimes. Ridiculous. Update since 2021: Still frustrating to use. I can't setup auto-payment, the email that the account is under is wrong (after going to unifi office to get it changed), service reconnection hasn't happened for a few days, can't see previous bills, and even use easy fix to check service status. What is the point of using this app?

2024: why does the app take so long to sync. and it constantly logs you out. and the app is laggy and slow to connect to server. 2020:The app always showing 'Something went wrong' and im unable to check my account and bill details through the app. disappointed. Edit: I had to uninstall n reinstall the app to see my bill. Will try again next month to see if same issue persists. If every month also need to clear cache/reinstall the app then come on pls improve it. thx.

Not user friendly. You get sms, email and apps notification that sometime contradict with each others. I don't know why this apps doesn't synced with the unifi Web. Not helping at all. Better call the unifi careline if you have any problem about unifi rather using this apps.

Incorrect bill display on the app. It says my current bill is at -ve for two months. Have not made any payment for those 2 month and end up owing almost RM100. Definitely bugging and costly to me as I have to make new arrangement plus interrupting my cash flow. Please fix. Tried to email the developer with attachments but blocked. Update: Not working. Still the same. Said Paid Extra. - Bill issue resolved. New complaint, the speed sometimes intermittently cut off, particularly at 7pm, 10pm
