Although I have already registered as a member of Nando's loyalty programme, I could not login & when I wanted to proceed to "Forgot password," it won't let me proceed. Then, when I wanted to give feedback via the app, under "Contact," the app kept on hanging or freezing. I had to force close all apps, but it still kept hanging when I wanted to give feedback via "Contact." This is the WORST app that I have ever used. When I have feedback to the cashier at the counter, she advised me to update the app. But, I have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, but the results are the same. Very (3x) disappointing & bad experience that leaves a really bad taste in the mouth!!!!!!!

Apps suddenly stop working and keep saying "Opss! Something went wrong". I went on 24 November during double Chilies and collected 2 chilies, verified on the spot and I do received it. On the 2nd day, the newly collected 2 chilies went missing and ever since that day, i cannot on my apps anymore. Edit : 2 missing Chilies is now credited back after feedback to nandos through web browser "Talk to Us?" however I am still unable to login using nandos apps over 3 different device. (Changed my rate from 1 to 3 stars)

Useless app. Can't login, reset password or anything else. Waste of time. I missed out on 4 chillies with my visits to nandos. Not gonna be a member of such an app and probably limit my visit to nandos. Bye. Edit: 3 years later. Still a useless app. Cannot login or reset the app. Only response is "false" or "Please enter a minimum 6 character password" when clearly I have inserted something with more than 10 characters. Wasted getting chillies, wasted birthday redemption, Wasted time

I love this app. However it is giving me issues on my Android 10 phone which still happens despite multiple reinstalls. Immediately after initial install, the app always works - reward details n transaction history display fine. Subsequent access shows "Oops Sorry, something has went wrong. Pls try again later" msg, and latest earned chilli's, reward details n transactions are missing. Note: this issue does not seem to show up on my older Android 7 phone. Pls resolve soonest possible. Tq

No courtesy to inform customer on change of minimum spent requirements to get the stamp. Customer service sucks at some of outlets, don't even have the courtesy to remind the customer to show the apps before paying the bills. Whereas when the customer ask for the stamp, the waiter has the guts to say NO, cannot be done. Seriously??? Deleting the apps right away.

apps cant scan the qr on the table, printed too small and design too hard to scan on android phone. payment so slow to respond. very laggy app, hard to order. need to spend 30 minute to order. useless order apps. please fixed the apps. been more than 2 years nandos use to be like this.

Never got a single chili outside of the free first chili upon registration. Had one dine-in and one delivery thru the app. Didn't get chili for dine-in, sent an enquiry with pic of receipt attached, 1 week passed no changes. Delivery was good/on time, payment had no issues, just didn't get any chili for it. All transactions were above RM30. Figured since they don't care, went and deleted the app.

I am a regular at your place but it gets increasingly frustrating because the app crashes EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. and I have to resort to taking a screenshot before ordering because it definitely will not stay working by the time I place my order. Please fix this.
