Nonexistent explanation of how to set up the global ID! After you click "Get Started" it takes you to a non-selfexplanatory screen that says "First, let's register your global ID". And there is no explanation of how to do this or what to do next. Or even what a global ID is, or looks like. There's no Setup Wizard, not even a little circular button with the letter "i" to push for more information, nothing! I've checked back a few times after each update to see if they'd fixed it, but nothing.

Your recovery via SMS link process is not working. It doesn't do what it says it would. It keeps looping me back to sign in or have an existing account screen instead of letting me refresh and go to the next step. Please resolve. Edited to higher rating for the fast response and help. First it took months for it to allow me to get started with the app by giving me error messages all the time that I didn't understand. Then finally I got accepted in. Now since I'm in, it's unable to verify my degree, live..., unable to connect to my upload account and xumm. I tried contacting on twitter & was advised to email support but no success. To think I was so excited for this app. I'm hoping things will turn around very soon.

I can't create an account on your app. I entered all details, once it gets to creating a pin, I get an error message. I've been on this since 17th November 2021 and till today, I haven't been able to get past the create a pin page. Why create an app for verification purposes whereas it's not compatible with all devices??? Please update your app and make it more mobile friendly. If possible, give us the option of creating an account on the website since we can't do that on the app. Thank you

Terrible setup process. Only after fully setting up the account did it then tell me that adding credit to it would come with an overseas foreign currency charge because the transaction will be processed in the UK. Why would I do that each time I want to spend money in my own country. Also can't see how to delete / close the account now its setup. It's also supposed to be a global product, but customer service is only available for 8 in every 24 hours. Nah.

Was a great app but now it keeps on crashing. I opened a few tickets with support more than a week ago now and they are simply clueless and useless. They just say there is a bug and they are working on it but after more than a week, no communication and they simply ignore my messages. For an app that is supposed to deal with somethong as sensitive as ID protection, I would expect way more and a much higher quality of service and support. Disappointed is an understatement.

Don't remember Universal Name and the app doesnt have an option to introduce my secret phrase or my recovery key. Really guys?. Update Sep. 01/2024: data stolen, never recovered my GlobalID, users beware.

So far good. Although the setup process can be confusing. There needs to be detailed step by step instructional videos on wallet set up to making a purchase. Example: once funds are added to the GID wallet a pop up notice should let purchaser know of wait times for funds to settle in the wallet before card use. Otherwise a red popup states there's no funds in the account. As GID XRP fine tunes itself, it's worth it to use the card for those XRP rewards with every purchase.
