Updated review: app now working. Decently. Constantly bugs me to allow constant location tracking, which is obnoxious. Original: most recent update broke the app. Can no longer use on my Note 22 Ultra. Will update review if the app is fixes. This makes handling the work orders I have difficult in the field. The app will randomly crash after a few seconds. It won't let me view the pay (tasks) tab. Instant crash. Can't scroll the description.

I use both the android app and the iphone app and both are pretty good although they each have their problems. I read somebody else had this problem in the reviews; I can't scroll up or down without the app paging left or right. Well, I can if I'm careful- it's like there's a tiny band in the middle of the screen where it will work but it makes things WAY difficult. Otherwise works as it should.

Ok for the most part. The only annoyances Ive seen are that the app frequently "stops" while just being alive in the background, and seems to store much more data than it should, without a way to clear it out other than to "clear user data" which removes all your login credentials, etc. Last update over a year ago says to me that it's due. TL has been good to work for, but the app can definitely use some TLC.

This app is truly terrible; barely usable. I can't scroll up and down without it paging left or right, clearly not field tested. Dispatch does not follow the pay structure listed in Work orders. I've been told more than once that 1x70 is for 1.5 hours, when it usually would mean 70 for 1 hour, so the usage is deceptively different from what one would generally understand. No way to counter offer, offer your own terms, or to clarify terms other than calling, defeating the purpose of the app.

Like working for techlink but this app is a HEADACHE. Basically after every job you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. And when you speak with them (Techlink) that's there fix to all problems on app. Uninstall/Reinstall. Nice people to work for/with, app is the only problem I've ever encountered with techlink.

Some of my jobs require this app, it is useful for tracking and documenting work for contacted employees. The app is always trying to get my location and run in the background even though I would log out; I had to uninstall the app when I'm not using it because of this

App is useless. You cant view completed work orders, limited acceptable uploading format, scattered layout with no true direction, and no counter offer ability. Day 36 and still haven't been paid. 30 days is already way to long to wait for a completed assignment so it makes it even worse when you wait even a day longer for payment. Lots of developments needed before this app is anything close to an Alpha release let alone a final release. The staff is nice. Pay scale is very low.

Bssic functionality is fine. See the job, uplaod pictures. HOWEVER, the latest update forces location tracking. It will not turn off unless a force stop is done. There is NO REASON gps tracking is needed for this app or Techlink.
