We just left them for another power company, I read the reviews and a lot of people blame the app but I blame the company, poor customer service, my partner tried so many times to put my name in the account but fhey never did it. When he asked for a receipt/invoice, they sent a screenshot to him. poor app, it doesn't show how much kw you use, it doesn't show how much you really spend per day and you don't get any information about it either per month. This power company SUCKS, do not sign up!!!

This app is from the cave man days!! I wasted credit on my mobile ringing for help on why I never received text notifications for low power balance, which was never actually done. I had then spent 3 days trying to figure out HOW to sort it out MYSELF. For anyone who needs to sort that out, you HAVE to sign into globug on your WEB BROWSER, not the app and you have the option there. The app is useless, the only thing it does is top up via credit card.

Easy to use, navigate & read. Somewhat handy & straight fwd app. Not a whole lot of options! If you ever need/want to do anything else/more than the basic's/bare minimal, you're re-directed to the online portal or must call in anyways! Also, if it's ever a "close call" topping up ya power, theres an annoying lag or something & u can't reconnect via app it stays frozen on "disconnecting" until you call Globug. So it's to check past power use or credit/topup, but not handy for much else..?

I experience the same problem all the time with this app. When power has disconnected and i top up. The option to reconnect is not available on the app, then I have to ring and cant do it on phone automatically it always takes me through to a representative. It's like the app is not keeping up. It is quite frustrating because I would prefer to just do things via the app as previously. Must say, haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling again?! Would that maybe help?

Do not like the upgrade because for me nothing has changed, apart from the font. In addition to that it no longer keeps you signed in automatically - you need to log in (it doesn't even save your details, no one memorises their globug account number!). That's the only change and it's done the opposite of improve the app. Luckily on internet browser I was able to log in because Google Chrome saved my log in details.Please make the app auto sign in.

Only good for viewing your balance. There is always trouble with topping up online. App always says "top up failed, another transaction is pending..." something like that. This app needs a lot of improvement. Most of the time having to top up at a store or dairy because of the issues with this app.

App does not show top up, power cut off because top up does not show, but has come out of my bank account. Have had to email receipt to globug on three consecutive payments. Have force stopped countless times and uninstalled and re installed countless times to try to show payments updated and made. No Luck! Response from globug call centre is because this has not been an issue for customers other then me, then it is only an isolated situation! Yet reviews say different. Please fix this app!

App used to work on old account. Now with new account, I cannot log onto app. I can only login on website. Called helpline and person I spoke to said others haven't had the same issue. Looking at reviews below other people are having the same issue. Have tried deleting and adding app, still cannot log into app. Globug please help and FIX this issue.
