Worst ever. I don't order online, I only want to use app, in store. There's no easy way to get to membership number or membership barcode. Even more disappointing is without warning, all previous membership barcodes etc no longer work. I have to start from scratch with an app that doesn't work for me, and I'm sure I'm not alone.

App problems. Had existing account from previous Physical Card System and my tel no preloaded in the app. App says cannot verify as the number is in use. Welcome The Future❗Also cannot input favourite restaurant. So cannot Submit and have a full working account. F Annoying. Customer Service reply: "If you are trying to change your phone number, it cannot be changed ... " Link in E to update favourite restaurant returns: "page ... is missing or ... moved." More F Annoying. Useless app❗

Why's there a $10 annual fee? I didn't end up signing up because of it. No point having a $10 birthday voucher if you need to pay it annually anyway. Maybe if someone goes regularly few times a month it'd make up for the 10% discount, but my hubby and I won't be that regular. Maybe have 2 options? 1 without the $10 fee without the 10% discount, just the $10 B'day voucher and a 2nd with the annually fee and 10% off for more regular goers?

I think it's a bit rude to ask for credit card details when signing up! Can honestly say I've never had a "loyalty" app have this as an inclusion in their account creation process....

I have been trying to use my app for several mths now as I originally signed up when you're toombul restaurant was open, it closed down since the floods and I now go to strathpine since I found a restaurant there but have had so much trouble trying to use my app, it says I don't exist. PJ

I am already a member on the system and have the card, they are saying they are getting rid of the cards and making customers join the App, which you have to pay for to have. Why not a point system where you spend X amounts to get percentage off meals. Or members prices and non members prices. Such a shame existing members can't log on!

Customer service is excellent!!! If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again! Rashays@Strathpine rocks..

Rating excludes management decision. I logged in but it doesn't show my booking I made from browser. Any chance you can set bigger fonts and ability to enlarge the dish image on phone? Looks like the app developer uses huge monitor at low resolution.
