PLEASE get this to the Dev team! Once you get into the App, I'm impressed with the # of resources and functions. The setup process though, the UX is pretty tedious. The biggest UI improvement I saw was the address input - if the city & county fields were set to allow the user to input a few characters then "jump" to the corresponding match in the list, it would be a VAST improvement. The seemingly endless scrolling- especially on a mobile device- was AGGRAVATING. And I do Support/UAT for work.

The app is generally useful for managing Doctor's visits, getting test results, scheduling appointments , etc. BUT there is no way to report a problem with the software. For example: I get notifications to report for lab work ordered a year ago. Medical staff aren't helpful and I have no way to report or request help with this technical issue. This clutter almost has caused me to miss appointments. 38 plus appointments with 4 different doctors over the past year are confusing.

This app was great when I first used it. Now that I got a new phone it can't send me a verification code. I've spent countless hours trying to get it to work and calling support. But alas I'm afraid it just isn't possible. I swear the level of security is absolutely ridiculous anymore. Honestly if there was an option to put all my info on the front page of a newspaper, free for all to see I'd click that box.

I find this particular "MyChart" app with Houston Methodist to be particularly cumbersome, difficult to navigate and find info. I never can find old test results for comparison. Blood tests are easier to find but not other specialty tests. If you are a long term patient and want to review yearly tests over 5 years or more, it is difficult or impossible to easily find instead of a graph or series of dates with results for a snapshot comparison. MD Anderson has a much easier to navigate My Chart.

Two stars for decent app interface. Out of 10 times that I use the app, only 2 times can the app load the medical data such as messages, history, and lab tests. Need much more work.

Easily accessible and anything you want to know is posted. Can setup appointments, see your meds, send messages to your doctor. Also see test results. This is an all in one place to find most anything you need to know.

It was a terrible experience visiting this place. I took my mom to the ER for her back pains, and they kept her in the hallway for 12 hours. I wouldn’t choose this place even if it were the only option
