Ugh. This app has never been good (medical data was never accurate and missing way too much stuff) but now I can't log into it anymore and I have to import all of the information again, which isn't actually possible???? Goodbye.

Really helpful and useful app. My main problem is that on each device that I installed this (Android tablet, Android phone, and Fire Tablet) it hangs after the check boxes part, right as it attempts to pull up the numeric keyboard for your PIN. I've had to uninstall, reinstall and reboot the devices just to get past that part. I don't understand why it consistently fails at that part, or why a reinstall and reboot fixes it. Other than that, it's great.

Useless. The "learn more" button on adding data sources does nothing - not even a whirling. COVID-19 vaccinations (the only reason I would be interested in this app) are often from a one-time visit (or 2 times), and those health records are not accessible via the app. Nice try, but it didn't work.

Easy enough, but i had to finagle the app a bit to get it to work. As others mentioned, my digital download from the CDC didn't work in the format it originally was downloaded, but just had to screen shot the image for it to be in a file format that CH would accept. Samsung pass loaded it right away, and now i can just click to the app instead of searching through photos for my records.

Had no issues with the CommenHealth app, worked as described. I was able to put vaccine card on Samsung Pay fairly easily. I did have to delete my Walmart app temporarily because you can only access the vaccine information through a browser and not the Walmart app. However, when you would click on the link in the browser, it would only open the app. Deleting the Walmart app got around that issue. There may be another, easier solution that I couldn't think of but this way worked for me.

Doesn't work. Managed to connect to upload some records, but not all. None of my immunization records appear at all. The goal, proof of my Covid immunization, was through my local health department instead of my doctor. No available way to upload that record. It's in my primary care providers chart system, but not showing up in this app. Good idea. Not functional.

I tried to update the information and it just gives me a message that I have updated recently and to wait a few minutes. Then I wait a few days and try again and it gives me the same message. Updated the app and nothing happens, just the same error message and unable to update info since February 1, 2022. Would be great if it was fully functional, but only part of the app works. Updating information would be great, especially this kind of app, but it's been messed up for months.

For now, I have to give the application a one star. When I try to run it, I get a message stating that my phone is rooted and I am unable to use most features. The phone has never been rooted, knox has not been tripped, and Root and Safetynet Checker both say that the phone is not rooted and is compatible with Safetynet. I will revise the review once I'm able to use the app.
