Helpful. It reminds me when trash pickup is and lets me comment on any issues, and they fix the issues in a reasonable time frame. I also appreciate the ability to lookup what items can go into which trash can and suggest they add new items to it as well. Update: They will also update the app when there's inclement weather so that you know when the next time they are running and that they are not going to run because of the weather. This is super helpful.

My main reason for downloading this app was to be notified of changes in schedule due to holidays. Well...it got tested and failed over Christmas and New Years. I was notified the night before, on my NORMAL trash pickup schedule. Trash was picked up one day later after both holidays. I really don't need this app if it can't keep track of holiday schedule deviations.

LOVE this app! We get a reminder the night before and it tells us each time whether it's a trash or recycling pickup. AND, we never have to guess about changes in schedule due to holidays! Everything is right there at our fingertips. This is definitely one of my top 10 apps for usefulness and keeping our household running smoothly. Great job, Waste Connections!

It gives me a notification the day before trash pickup which is very helpful when I completely forget about it, or when I'm not sure what day pick up is because of a holiday. It now does not tell me the correct dates for holidays. One message says pickup is delayed but the other says it's on the normal day. Very confusing, I guess I will put my can out on the normal day just in case. Update- the app crashes when I try to search something in the 'waste wizard' which makes the feature unusable.

Super impressed! It's a very useful app that gives me a lot of information. I get a reminder the evening before, and I can customize the time I get the reminder. There were some minor issues a few months ago where it missed a holiday schedule and got confused about which week was recycling, but someone on their development team appears to be monitoring AND fixing those issues (rare these days!) and now everything works perfectly! Outstanding job Waste Connections team!!

Over 3wks to get a refund to an accidental charge, lack of communication until I left a 1 star review. Really need to work on answering/returning phone calls (Edit). Trying to get in contact with these people is near impossible and I'm just about ready to cancel my service with them. Accidentally made/was charged twice for the same bill & still haven't been refunded the amount yet.

Your app tells me that recycling is picked up every week in my neighborhood, BUT IT'S NOT! It's only picked up every other week! This week, the week of December 30th, but not next, the week of January 6th. However, your app does a good job of notifying me that my pickup is a day later than usual -- Saturday instead of Friday in my case -- in weeks with Christmas or New Year's Day, so that's great.

I just switched to Waste Connection (Waste Connect App) & I'm VERY pleased with the reminder text I receive weekly. I'm also impressed with the Trucks which they use to empty our dumpster. They're very egonomically Friendly to the employee driving them! The driver doesn't have to get out of the truck to get the dumpster, empty it & replace it at the location you put it, to get picked up! Kudos to the Company for not just sending a reminder text, but for the ergonomic design of the Trucks.
