dont know what's going on with the app, fully updated, have good signal, restarted phone, uninstall and reinstalled yet app wont show me locations anymore, so basically just a useless map now that just has a blue dot showing where I am

So far so good. It would be nice if it would allow you to pay via credit/debit card using the app. EFS system was down and the mag strip on my card was damaged, so I couldn't swip or use ATM to get cash. Could've easily paid using the app.

it would be nice if you could call the location using the App instead of having to write down the phone number. It would also be nice to know if that certain location had a washout only or not. And how many bays it has. And maybe even when you get there the average wait time. budding Houston you can plan on two or three-hour wait time even if there's not a big line. Because there's so many companies around that need washouts and they don't have a wash out here

Used to be great but now the map view no longer shows your location for some reason, old version of the app was a million times better. Someone decided to "fix" something that wasn't broken with this last update when they changed the whole app.

Right now I am giving them a 2 star review the washout and a truck wash locations are great but your app for the past couple months having major issues when you try to click on get directions it takes you to uber I tried uninstalling it reinstalling it numerous times but the same thing keeps on happening ask for directions it takes you to Uber

Good app but could DEFINATELY give more info concerning each individual facility. info such as, How many bays, how good the facility is, i.e, driver reviews etc. and what added services are available, as well as average wait/ wash times. Just saying.....

Mostly useless. Even the only useful feature is janky and painful. If I want to find a location near me or along my route why would I want to see a list? Then I bring up the map and I see the entire US. Because I'm planning 2-3 days ahead on getting a wash, right? Or coming out of Mexico I want to figure out 3 places to wash before I hit Canada? It's dumb, and barely useful.

Truck wash is usually pretty great. Not sure if it is possible, would be cool if on the App you can add an estimated wait time for a truck wash. Just an idea that would improve the app.
