I got the app recommended by family and friends, but when trying it from my phone, it won't send the verification number to ano of my two numbers. There should be another way of getting started here not just one option. Maybe add a call option to the number not just a verification code.

it worked, but the experience was so bad 😕 the app keeps crashing after the order for no reason and keep showing me an error page

They removed the option to check what restaurants are in your proximity. Now all they show is irrelevant pickup orders from restaurants 20 to 60 kilometers away, and you'd be lucky to find anything near you. Very bad UX. This should have been the very first thing you keep but I'm baffled you chose to remove the option of checking which restaurants are near me. It seems like common sense for you to recommend the closest restaurants, no?

very annoying !!! , it FORCES you to rate each and every transaction you made even if its months ago !! its also very basic , you must use your phone number instead of a QR code when ordering !! every other app is advancing except for koinz ! forgot to mention !! when java time moved to koinz i lost all my point previously saved in JAVA time , and when i collected around 20 SAR in koinz and tried to use them , i LOST THEM ALL AGAIN due to a system error and they never showed up again!!

Beware of the online payment, it might be insecure. I've been using the app for a while and selecting 'cash on delivery'. Once I added a credit card, eventually, someone used the card in a series of continuous unknown online payments until I've suspended the card. Don't add any card, stick to the 'cash on delivery'.

After ordering using it , confirm the order and ready to pickup, the restaurant inform that they haven't got the order yet, contact their customer services that ask me to hold and then confirm again that he called the restaurant and they will prepare the order right away... back again to the restaurant and guess what!! They didn't receive any call or order. Again back to the CC another guy said that the restaurant have tech issue and didn't receive the order!!!! Top Bad experience
