Screen doesn't fit on Androids so that you can't choose "NO" to say vehicle is not a rental. It takes a while to add vehicles. It's understandable because app checks it against all existing records. However, it shouldn't take more than 48 hrs. Once you add the car and specify it as rental, don't bother paying your tolls another way until approved; other apps will flag your car as rental. After app approves car, it's easy to pay. Although, tolls can take up to72 hrs to show on account.

Not a quick and easy way to pay tolls! I thought this app was very difficult to use when I tried installing it and it didn't even work for the toll I was trying to pay in VA. We were in a rental car at the time and since it didn't work, I assumed the account was not activated and deleted the app. Now I have received charges for that rental car almost a year later, months after I deleted the app. I tried asking GoToll for assistance and they refused to help me and were consistently rude in their communication. I STRONGLY recommend finding another way to pay your tolls. It is not worth the grief.

Useful for quick transaction and handling tolls without paying for each states' toll "quick-pass" system. I was using a rental car and did not remove the car from my account after the trip. Because of this, I was charged for several tolls that I did not use. The company refused to remove the charges, even the charges that were still pending. I asked customer service to show me if this was something I agreed to when using the app and never heard back.

DO NOT USE IT. Worst app. Did the payment couple of weeks back and got receipt in email as well. Recently got transaction failed email and they blocked my account. Charging too much. For 3 dollars and for 1.50 dollar toll you charged 85 cents for each. Its like paying 25% and 50% of toll as a fee. Better get EZPass and avoid the hassle of transaction failed status even after getting receipt of successful payment. And over charge.

Horrible! This app is horrible. It shows my vehicle plate in multiple states I've never been in and there's no way to register my vehicle. No number available to speak to a human and a generic help email that no one responds to, they just close your case. Now I have no registered account. Fix your app!

It won't let me open the app. I have used the app before. Not sure why it won't open. I hope it worked when i went through the toll. It won't let me get in to see my information. Sits at the car driving. I try to tap the screen everywhere. It will bring up the terms and conditions but nothing to click. In the past I have liked the app. I don't know if I need

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! You are better off getting the local prepaid pass. They bill you one toll at a time aver a period of weeks and their not even the discounted rate. Same as pay by plate. Also you will see strange charges like one dollar or 50 cents randomly, which I'm guessing are fees?! Do not download this useless garbage app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Repeatedly asked for a vehicle to be removed and it never was. I was charged multiple times, for trips I did not take and a vehicle I was not using. Customer service did not help. I had to cancel my credit card because it kept being charged. The toll service itself worked, but the support was terrible.
