Most recent update (9.18.10) screwed the pooch. When you try to scan a draw ticket, the app reports that the Scanbot SDK license is expired. You know, the thing they just updated with this version. Good job Lottery! Except for e-playslips, scanning tickets was about the only thing useful with this app. Wonder how long it will take for them to discover the face plant?

Not transparent. When there is a winner, it doesn't tell you where or how many winners there are. It seems like they are hiding information. The cash 5 was big the other night. I looked the next day, and the pot was back to the beginning. All it did was give winning numbers. Other states give all information. How bid the pot was, how it was divided, and how many winners. Not this app! Fix this!!!!!

Downloaded app. Login isn't working at all. Went online, but I could not activate the account. Received an email that it was activated. Tried logging into online account, but it says, " An internal error has occurred. We are working to resolve this issue. Please try again later." Emailed them again, but no answer.

Entering multiple second chance losing tickets requires backing out and starting that section over and over. Very time consuming. If camera isn't centered doesn't allow time to recenter before canceling out. Could be better.

Was working great until recently. Will not let me scan to check ticket. Tells me scanbot expire.

The only reason I downloaded this app was for the ticket scanning feature. They somehow managed to break that with the latest update, so right now the app is just wasting space on my Galaxy S8. Edit: 3 years later and the app STILL cannot scan tickets without an error. Get your act together, NJ Lottery!

Barcode scanning doesn't work on fresh installations on either a Google Pixel phone, Motorola phone, or a Samsung tablet that I have. An older version I had about a year ago DID scan tickets.

Why can't I have my NJ draw games (NJ Cash 5) favorites including quick pics printed on single ticket thru the app? I have have individual set of numbers, plus I usually add a quick pick. Play Board "A thru "E"! If I use my filled out cards, I can get my numbers all on 1 single ticket! What a hassle 😞.
