Crashed halfway through my first order ever giving me a login error that can't be cleared (I'd already created an account and was logged in for a while). I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and got the same error. Utter trash. Update. A year later and still utter trash. Slow, unresponsive and locks you out of coupons if you back up to try and figure out why they didn't work in the first place. How can a major chain's app be this bad?

I want to give 5 but it is not accurate on time. I started an order and it said store was closed, then I'm driving home and the line is full of cars...COMPLETELY OPEN! Needs to be up-to-date on that! Sometimes when I try PAY NOW it does not allow, what do you want to do, pay cash?! NO! Overall, good app, could spruce up the graphics a little, aesthetically it is not appealing, however, it is efficient!

ONE OF THE WORST APPS EVER!!! Consistently crashes – and due to the crashing, I lose rewards and discounts! Went into a Crave Case to order something, and options are missing. Go to White Castle and sometimes they don't even see my order – THEN I NEED TO SHOW THEM THE ORDER ON MY PHONE AND WAIT THERE UNTIL IT'S MADE! Whoever the developers are, need to check and double check their work... then check it again after that. I lost so many discounts and rewards because this app works 50% of the time.

on your menu on the app it shows $7.99 for a cheesy 10 sack, but when you go to put it in your car it becomes $12. I can go to White Castle and literally save $4 for every single order so a total of $12 off if I actually go to the drive-thru. Don't put false advertisement on your site you will get a one star every time.

edit: reply to the reply: plenty of other restaurants have this. you show the base price with no changes, and then show cost changes of different options you have for that item, that way people can get an idea of the cost instead of having to add an item to the bag every time. it makes ordering easier, but all prices are hidden when you look at the menu, so you have to put an item in the cart in order to check the price. it has been like this for the almost 3 years i have had this app.

Food ordering app with HIDDEN Prices. There's not many more features that are more annoying than not being able to see the price of things until they're in your cart. Edit on 5/28/25: and you obviously don't read entire reviews. Edit 2 on 5/29/25: I clearly said that the prices are not seen UNTIL the item is in the cart and you confirmed that is indeed the case. Therefor affirming that what I'm saying is true that the prices are "UNTIL they're in your cart". And now you're trying to argue that?

I'll never order from this app again. You order food, they deliver half of it and when you call to report it they tell you "it'll be escalated" but they actually do nothing. White Castle takes your money and doesn't deliver all of what you paid for and expect to still be compensated. I've been waiting months for a partial refund I'm sure I'll never actually see. Thieves! Disgusting business practices.

The app is fine, until you get to the order summary. For example, I edited a 6 piece chicken ring meal for 1 to a 9 piece, but it still lists it as a "6 piece chicken ring" with "9 rings" in the description. I haven't received the order yet, but I am fully expecting a mistake through no fault of the workers at the store.
