Get the most out of your Mi Band smart bracelet with Mi Band Tools! Set up your own, individual and fully customizable notifications for incoming calls and applications. Energize your brain during a hard day using the power nap feature, configure multi-color custom patterns for each single notification, fine-tune custom content filters and a lot more! This application works very well with original Zepp Life / Mi Fit / Amazfit application (but is no way associated with Xiaomi). This means that you can always have the latest Zepp Life / Mi Fit / Amazfit version and the latest Mi Band firmware in addition to great and powerful notification features.
Features:
• Display Text Support (see caller contact names & contents of notifications on your Mi Band)
• Application notifications (configurable per application as well as globally)
• Incoming call notifications (configurable per contact as well as globally)
• Continuous heart rate monitoring & notifying, configurable heart rate dashboard charts (Mi Band 7, Mi Band 6, Mi Band 5, Mi Band 4, Mi Band 3, Mi Band 2, 1S)
• Sleep as Android Integration (Mi Band 7, Mi Band 6, Mi Band 5, Mi Band 4, Mi Band 3, Mi Band 2, 1.0, 1A)

• Custom repeating notifications (you can set anything you like, for example: hourly chimes, change workout reminder, take a pill reminders and more)
• Fully customizable notification patterns (including multi-color notifications, custom vibration patterns)
• Notification content filters (only interested in SMS notifications for certain people? not a problem for Mi Band Tools)
• Multiple notifications per application (thanks to this feature, you can set different patterns for single application, for example you can set WhatsApp messages from your boss in red and from your friends in blue)
• Power Nap feature (need a short nap? Just activate this and Mi Band will wake you up by vibrations when you're done resting)
• Idle Alerts (you can set an alert so the band will buzz you if you've been inactive for some time). You can also control the interval, time frame and inactivity threshold
• Configurable notifications times (even separately for weekends) and conditions (globally and per notification)
• Advanced settings (disable non-interactive notifications, shake to dismiss power nap, disable in silence mode, disable while screen is on, ...)
• Missed notifications (notification is not lost when you are out of reach of your phone, you will get the last missed notification on reconnect)
• Fully customizable widgets (daily fitness goal progress, bracelet battery, etc).
• Export/Import Settings (to your storage or to the cloud)
• Tasker, Automagic, Automate and Locale support (advanced and fully customizable action plugins)
• Designed completely according to Google's Material Design guidelines and best practices in mind
• Many of 'those little things', for example, application automatically detects the dominant color of an application icon / contact picture and preselects it for you
• Fully supports all original Mi Band bracelets (including the white-only 1A version for which Mi Band Tools automatically adjusts the user interface to match the features supported by this bracelet version)
• Works on all Android versions from 4.3 to 13+
• Many and many more yet to come!

I've used this app for a long time without any issues, but unfortunately since the app started asking for the auth key, it hasn't been working correctly. Whenever I entered the auth key, the official Zepp app would constantly lose connection to the band, which means I wasn't able to use the music player or "find the band" functionality. It struggled to reconnect. I hope the developers will figure out a way around this, but I'm uninstalling this for now.

Great concept, and when ot works, it works well. The problem is that it keeps asking for you to enable notification access for the MiFit app (even though I don't have it installed since I use gadgetbridge). The funny thing is that this app is already working for me. It's only impossible to alter any settings, because once it start the popups asking to enable mifit notifications, it never stops.

Love the app. I would just love it much more if there was an option that only activated the heart rate reader when I start my sleep recording and then turns it off when the recording is over in the morning. I am tired of forgetting to turn it off and it eats my battery. If that was a thing in future updates I would give 5 stars.

I got this app because I wanted to integrate my Mi Band 7 to Sleep as Android. The connection has been very spotty and I've had to disable/re-enable notification permissions multiple times to reestablish the connection. Only for this app to lose the connection again. And then I see all the replies from the dev team blaming the users instead. Overall, not a great experience, but I don't have a ton of other options either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This app is so much better than the first-party app which is not saying a lot. It really needs steps support and a Google Fit integration for it though. Otherwise, it's just not as good as the other third-party apps out there. *Edit: this app used to be much better comparatively. It doesn't do anything anymore. The developer should add steps and workouts sync. I have emailed support. Prompt no. Developer not friendly.

It's a good app, but it needs to improve to justify the price. 2 ideas. 1) It should include different setting profiles for different activities. For example, I might want to be continuously monitored while running, but not while resting (to save battery on band); or I might want to set a certain threshold of heartbeat notifications while running (to do aerobic exercise) and a different threshold when doing weight lifting (which is anaerobic). 2) Zone charts must include total hours, not only %.

Doesn't work properly with Mi Band 6. Support not responding to any of my bug reports. Shame, it worked great for years. Edit: I updated to the latest version. It broke the Sleep as Android integration. It used to show up on the band as a phone call, and it was easy to snooze/dismiss. Now it doesn't show anything, just vibrates. No way to snooze from the band. Support doesn't respond at all, they ask for tons of info in an automated message, I give them everything, and not a single answer.

The app itself seems fine, but limitations on the band itself mean that the end result is not useful as a reliable smart alarm. Mi Band Tools provides many of the "missing features" from the official Mi Fit app. One of those features is the Smart Alarm - which "tries to wake you up at the best time according to your empirical sleep patterns". Alas, I have found that the way this feature works, due to limitations on the band, is rather unreliable. I frequently find that the smart alarm does not fire at all, particularly if I haven't opened the Mi Band Tools app for a while. And an alarm that can't be relied upon to go off is not very useful, no matter how "smart" it might claim to be.
