Lovely social app for plant & wildlife enthusiasts. Saves me from boring my Facebook friends to death with sunrise & garden pictures, plus there are experts on hand to answer queries. Sometimes the plant tagging feature is a bit glitchy (it doesn't seem to like tagging one plant, you need to tag a few & then delete them when posting), and it would be useful if, when looking at replies to a post, if it would link back to the original post rather than just the comments section. 9.5/10 😊

This is a great wee gardening app, I have been using it a few months now since the garden app I used closed down. My only issues would be we can't post videos and I would like to have the ability to to set a picture up properly before posting as sometimes the picture is cut off at the top because I don't have the option to set it up. But other than that it is a lovely, friendly community with helpful tips and advice when needed.

I joined the Iris app a few months ago, after the Candide app closed down. I have found the Iris community to be extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The one feature I miss is the ability to zoom in to photos, sometimes detail is difficult to see. Also it would be helpful to be able to 'tag' individuals, so that they can easily see any information you have to give, or even add a picture to a reply. All in all I'm quite happy to be a part of such a happy group of like-minded people.

Has worked wonderfully at identifying the wildflowers in my garden. Love the feature of being able to add plants to and from your garden and then getting tips based on what you have. The reddit meets instagram home feed is good and I think will get better as more people engage with the app. I have had a bug when uploading a photo to identify or post, when you select from gallery it seems to only show you the same 30 photos from your most recent photos despite letting you infinitely scroll.

Great community. I like the ability to ID plants and get advice on gardening. The app can be a bit unresponsive though. Scrolling to load more results doesn't work very well. Articles posted to my notifications just link to a frozen page. Also the app crashes if I go off it for any length of time.

Beautifully designed interface and excellent gardening content. This has become my *favourite* app to spend time in. Unlike most media apps, this one actually feels calming and sparks joy. The only unintuitive thing for me is the "connect your Crocus account" feature, to see your orders and add those plants to your account. It seems those are two separate flows and it asks you to login multiple times. If you haven't ordered anything it doesn't log you in but shows a "no new orders found" error.

Recently, most plant photos are not showing. It seems random as to which ones do. Either in searches or my plants.
