It started misbehaving long ago like it automatically logged off and then I have to log in again. The new issue was that when I open the app the logo of your appears and then the app automatically closes, it didn't even shows me the home page of my school account. So I reinstalled it. And when I opened I didn't even had to log in to my account, it was already log in. But few days later the issue happened again. And now it don't start even after reinstalling.Its happening with my friends too.

I have just downloaded the app. It's showing lot of issues, like when I click on inbox, then it keeps showing loading and does not disappear & I have to forcefully close the page, hence effectively I cannot read the messages! Similar issues are there in other sections also like Syllabus section has same kind of weird problem. Don't know what's wrong. Overall look and feel is good. -- School name - St. Joseph's Academy, Savita Vihar, Delhi __ App is still not working. I've tried different mobiles

Download assignment and files features are not working in the app.

Apparently, the developers are working in the most lethargic way. One of the worst applications...that too for managing school affairs of our kids. Most of the time the app doesn't work, you can't contact anybody because......they switch off contact no. and don't respond to emails.

after few days the app gets log out and I have log in again the system hangs like I am not able to get in after applying correct ID password

Worst school app. Even their messing system is non-functional. The messages they send contain links to third party website, and clicking re-opens the app. The support options to not open anything. For a paid app, they feel worse than a free one.
