Anyone can connect to the Bluetooth audio. My elderly neighbors accidentally connect to my chair while they watch movies every few months. The chair is not in use during that time and it scares or wakes up everyone in the house and we have to unplug it to make it stop. It doesn't make sense that you can't switch off the Bluetooth in the chair. The app is also really buggy. It disconnects easily and reconnecting is annoying. I gave up and just used the controller

[UPDATED 24/9/18] Glitch fixed within 1 day of report. Great job by Osim support in sorting out the glitch quickly. However the Bluetooth connection method must be improved. Take cues from other Bluetooth devices (headphones, cars) whereby it should only need to pair once and not having to press ok on the remote EVERY time we use a tablet/phone to control the chair. It totally defeats the purpose of Bluetooth control via tablet/phone. It doesn't help that the remote is stored INSIDE of the chair and this OK button (to pair) is not easily accessible. [ORIGINAL POST 23/9/18] The recent update on 22/9/18 has caused this app to stop working on my Nexus 7. Sent an email to Osim support and still don't get a fix after a new update was released. Very inconvenient having to take out the remote to pair with device during EVERY use. Beats the purpose of controlling using an external device. Shouldn't have to take out the remote and press ok to pair during each use

[update] Bluetooth connection is working as intended now. [Original] I will adjust my rating after the app is fixed but I can only give it a one star now because it's not working as intended. On first attempt, phone was paired with no problem. Subsequent attempts require us to pair it again which isn't how everyday people expect Bluetooth-paired devices to work. What's worse is that the re-pairing isn't even working as intended. There isn't even a prompt to press OK on the chair so when the app tells me to press OK on the controller, it just enters into whatever selection you stopped at.

Pathetic app for such an expensive product. First of all the it took ages and almost 35-40 tries to connect Bluetooth with the chair and when finally it did, every time I try to download a program the app pushes me back to the home page this I tried for another 20 times but still no success. I bought the chair just so new programs can be downloaded and I don't get bored with the old ones. All wasted

(Update) Seems like the v.2.1.2 has not fix this problwm having to press the OK button on remote for pairing. Not very user-friendly as I to have to press OK button on the remote for pairing but i will have to remove it out from the armrest holder. I noticed this problem has been highlighted by other users but has this been issue been resolved? Then when I try to pair it with my S9+, it wasnt able to detect the chair.

Terrible app. After breaking the bank to buy this chair was very disappointed to find the app pairs well on first try but then messes the chair up afterwards. The massage download don't work. The chair is paired when looking at the phone but then requires to go to settings every single time the screen turns off and does a countdown to pair again with the chair, and this is successful once every 10 tries.

With Samsung Note 20 Ultra, requires Bluetooth re-pairing everytime I use the app. I ensured phone location is enabled. I tried uninstalling , reinstalling. Chair off and on again. No difference. A bit pointless to use the app if you have to pick up the uLove 2 controller anyway!

Got chair replacement. Blue tooch with smart devices were still having issues. Revisited Osim shop. Sales tried several chairs before My phone successfully connected. Was able to download two new programs. Everything okay now except 1- Ulove2 speakers can't bluetooth. I must use the cable. 2- Osim music playing not always playing with my device.
