3.31.25 - sent a support request and the problem was fixed within 24 hours! 3.30.25 It's hard to fathom how an app that is so important constantly has problems functioning. for almost a month now when trying to give feedback the app freezes and you can't respond to any of the questions. Once again uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. It's pretty important to provide your sellers with feedback from those who have viewed the property.

When it works, it is great. Trying to provide feedback, and it keeps freezing. When typing up comments, I type a sentence, but only one word shows up and it stops working and freezes. Other times, while out on a showing, I try to schedule a showing, but the app just keeps "thinking" as if it it loading, but nothing happens. I wind up logging into the MLS to schedule instead, which defeats the purpose of this app. The few times it works, it is great, but lately that is maybe 1/10 times.

seems like every update makes it worse as far as integration or even trying to use the menu. I select "I have requested" it won't update to show me the confirmed or requested items. just brings up past showings from years ago. really making this difficult to use on the go. won't open app from flexmls unless you log in thru the browser every day. it's really more tedious then helpful.

As a seller, this app is pretty useless beyond keeping track of showings. When showings are scheduled, there's no way to tell if and when the showing actually occurs and ends, so I have to take my small child with me whenever showings are scheduled. This app should automatically sync with the lockbox so sellers know when it's accessed and by whom.

It seems like ever since the update the app stopped working. It just stays stuck in the blue screen. Tried reinstalling and reaching out to technical support and they said it's system wide but my business partner can use his. If it's system wide why wasn't an email or notification sent out to all accounts? The issue has still not been resolved and I still can not book showings for all of my clients.

No update at to the app since October 2024 explains why the "new version" is not app based but web based. You still cannot type in feedback without guessing what you typed earlier in the text box and/or erasing and starting all over. The text boxes don't move or expand at all. Feedback templates have disappeared, app and new experience don't sync well and the new experience on web is harder to navigate, not as clean or easy to read and you cannot create a restriction for more than two days.

Showing Cart doesn't have full functionality in the mobile app for me. I can't schedule showings (within showing cart) or change approval statuses for non showing time enabled listings from my phone, only the PC. This makes no sense to me. Also I can't get a useful version of a full cart (12+ showings in one trip) to be fully visible or to produce a map in the mobile app so the mobile showing cart feature is basically worthless at this point. I wish it worked because it would be highly useful.

Not quite sure what to think. It isn't syncing with my desktop Paragon access showtime. Agents are showing up but Seller isn't notified of showing. I have approved showings from Desktop original version but it's not syncing with New version App on another Agents phone. They want me to pay $15 a month for something that is hurting my business. It should be blocked until they can fix it so everyone uses it.
