The pendulum >IS< in sync with the tock, and there's an error in logic in the program code that animates the pendulum. Its a dock with no tick. Great sound. So there's nothing on the right side of the swing. As a hobbiest watchmaker I'll say this is exactly what happens in the early Timex electrics and quartz movements. Normally, the pendulum should complete a cycle once every 2 seconds instead, advancing the second hand twice - once per arc. * If your snoozing to this, the screen is off anyway.

Nice simple promising app, but: 1. Ticking sometimes skips a beat. 2. Pendulum isn't synced with the ticking, which is distracting if I'm intending to use the app visually, too. 3. In addition to being out of sync, the pendulum swings frantically fast in relation to the ticking, which is REALLY distracting to watch. In real life, such a clock would tick as tge pendulum slowly swung to both right and left apexes, i.e. swing right-tick, swing left-tick, swing right-tick, swing left-tick, etc.

Nice sound! At first it kept ticking in the background which waa perfect, however after a few hours the clock stopped ticking in the background for some reason. I wish there was an option to change the sounds for a variety and to hear two ticks per second instead of 1, like some real clocks do.

Ok - doesnt produce the low slow sound of a grand father clock. No running in the back ground. No controls. The adds stay stuck on the screen.. I am happy to pay for quality product. Needs work. Has it been fixed up yet?

I cannot see the privacy policy. here is what the page says: "Privacy and Data Usage The App collects and uses personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Users can review the full Privacy Policy [here](link to Privacy Policy)." This is literally what it says. Instead of having an actual link to a privacy policy, it just has text.

Would like to give 3 stars bcoz my main purpose to use is it should give tick tick sound on per second basis which it does well but on every stroke of change in hour it will give big alarm sound very badly disturbing the rythm of per second clock which I don't want at all. Please give an option to select whether we want the hourly alarm feature or not. Otherwise I will not use this app in any condition bcoz it is doing things which I don't want at all.

basic the app is ok but has some annoying flaws. mainly it chimes on the hour which is infuriating as I use the sound to drift off to sleep then am woken on the hour!. secondly you can not switch to do something else it use another app for example respond to a text or email. thirdly no option to dim or minimize the display so again not really suited for what I wanted. no settings to alter chimes is disable like it shows you in playstore

Does what it says on the can, but not the way I wanted. I wanted a tick tock sound that is uniformly the same, so I can count along with it. However, the sounds vary in intensity as you might get with a real antique clock.
