The app is fine. Looks decent. Creating an order is easy, but the PROBLEM is that you can't pay with ANY debit or credit card. I have tried many cards (which btw works on all other platforms) at different times months apart, hoping that they would fix this problem, but NO. So it's absolutely a useless app if you can't pay. It's probably good for only cash on delivery, but what's the point of all this digitisation? Doesn't work for me!

very bad experience. tast is NOT good. application show amount and actual amount different. raider cant trace the address instead asking the customer TO come. theat was the last order. by by don't recommend

I placed an order last night around 12:55. First, it took around 1 hour and 7 minutes to deliver my order. Second, it was cold & over cooked dry pizza, so it's not recommended at all.

My experience is the worst you can imagine the quality,the taste,the cheese and lastly the size of their only look good in images and pictures..i can't even believe that it's an international brand..Taste is worse that ever expected..It is better to eat Normal onion than their pizza..I don't even want to rate them 1 star but had to make a review to make sure others dont get scammed by this company..Worst experience ever in my whole life..Never order from them

The app is a waste of your precious time, from lagging issues to simple not accepting any orders its one of the most horrible experiences I've had with any app. from technical point of view: from data management to architecture the app seems to be developed by a bunch of amateurs, the service seems to be offline half the time and the rest of the time it wouldn't either accept data or would just delete it right after you submit it. Wouldn't recommend using this at all.

I am giving 2 Star only because of there is no detailed history of order in app such as which flavour user has ordered. For example I ordered a MyBox meltz, but in history there is no written that which flavour, so there should be details of everything.

Few days ago I tried to place an order but while the payment was processing, the app glitched and the payment went through but the order was not placed I contacted their helpline and got told that I fill get refund in 3 to 4 businesses days but got it in like 2 WEEKS.I was going to give 1 star but because their lava cake is very tasty I'm giving two. FIX YOUR APP!!

Downloaded it 2 hours ago to make ordering easier. Placed my order. Paid through credit card. Transaction was successful. But I received no message or notification from Domino's. Couldn't track my order. After an hour I called the customer care service to find out that due to a technical issue my order never got placed. Had to place my order again over the phone. They said they'd refund the amount too. So now I'm going to wait another hour for my food to arrive :)
