Start training with only your bodyweight. You will find a highly effective training program developed by experienced trainers using the newest sports science. The routine is focused on building strength. If your diet is in check you will gain muscle mass and lose fat.

Do this three times a week, with at least one rest day. Try to beat your previous numbers every workout. You will start doing simple pull-ups, pushups, and squats and as you get stronger you advance to bodyweight movements like the planche, one arm chin-ups or pistol squats.

The exercises will have a description and a short video to ensure you do them with a proper form.

After a warm up you will find exercises that can be leveled up. When you hit three sets of eight reps or three sets of 30s holding time, move to the next progression.

You can do this workout at home if you have a place for pulling yourself up like a doorway pull-up bar or gymnastic rings.

Features:
• Workout with exercises which can be leveled up
• Log reps, time or weight depending on the exercise
• Videos and descriptions
• View statistics and your last sessions
• Create and edit your own workouts

Loving the app so far! I just started using it, but I plan on buying the Pro version soon if I continue to like it. One possible suggestion, I'd love some customization of the workouts. There are a few exercises I like to substitute or add onto the routine, and it would make it a lot easier if I could customize my own alternatives or add extra exercises in. Besides that, the app is perfect. Definitely the best app for the RR by far. Thanks so much for making an awesome app!

Great apps. Perhaps make the videos looping gifs that are embedded into each work out so you don't have to click on it. Sometimes you just want to correct your form and take a quick look without clicking. Also ditto about not stopping audiobooks and music players when you click on the video. Edit: Changed from 4 stars to 5. Audio player issue has been addressed. Thanks!

UPDATE: The app just keeps on improving especially with the recent update! Having alternative exercises and good flow really improves the potential alot! Kudos to the developer for taking into account feedback from users and following up on promises! Keep up the good work! Very good for the Bodyweight Fitness Reddit Recommended Routine! The inclusion of the video and built in timers are very useful! I am hoping that the other routines will be included, as well as the flow of the exercises (such as segregating the warmup exercises from the strength) will be improved. But I am going to buy the PRO version to show my support. Keep it up!

Amazing app. Matches the reddit bodyweight routines and makes it extremely convenient to follow. My tips for the developer: Let us add our own exercises, I have some special shoulder focus routine that would be nice to be shown within the rest of the workout. Also being able to choose the alarm sound would be nice, as the current one is slightly intrusive. Lastly adding the starting stretching, molding mobility, skill day and move routines would make the app fully perfect!

10⭐ out of 5!!. Very few times you come across an app like this: Simple, Elegant, uncluttered, 100% does what's designed for (in this case bodyweight training with famous RRR: Reddit Recommended Routine). Beautiful design that goes to the point, keeps track of progress, describes each movement with a video and even offers alternative. It also lets you choose level of progression. Just PERFECT RRR experience without headaches. Kudos‼️

Its a good app, very informative and helpful, however, I have been experiencing a problem (or maybe this is how the app works) where if I touch a video, it closes inmediately, which is very annoying because somethings I would like to slightly rewind or repeat a part of the video, but It is not possible because the video closes inmediately after touch.

Great app, I really love it! The only thing I miss is some more video demostrations for other exercises (pseudo planche for example). Those are really helpful on the spot. Edit: Also, would it would be great if it were possible for users to add their own BW/Barbell exercises in ex. Bench press, Pendlay Rows.

This app is sick. Perfect representation of the bodyweight fitness workouts from /r/bodyweight fitness, easy to follow, minimalist design. Ads aren't intrusive but I'll still probably get the pro version. But none of that matters. The best part of this app is the guy who demonstrates the workouts. Almost every exercise has a video. Even the static ones. You think "oh this is just a picture" and then you see him flinch a little bit and you realize this man filmed himself for like 2 seconds. King
