I installed this app on my One Plus 8 mobile phone in Oct 2020 and it worked perfectly fine. But in Nov 2020, I updated the OS and it stopped working. I don't know if this is an security related issue with the updated OS or some problem with the app. Please help

Don't waste money on CP Plus cameras. Worst software support. It has been 5 months since application is not working on Android 11. Sent an email to support team but all I got were automated replies with no intent whatsoever to fix the problem. It's better to switch to another company that provides a better software support.
