Usability leaves MUCH to be desired. You have to re-log in every single time you use the app, which means every. time. if you're using it and hit the back button too many times when trying to navigate thru all the menus? Logged out. it also never updates your reservation with any changes, so your primary method to interact with the resort never looks correct if changes were made. Menus are hard to read cuz they're pdfs. Tables for the adventure pass differences don't format correctly.

Terrible app. Logged me out and then wouldn't recognize my account until I uninstalled and redownloaded it. Doesn't alert me for any of the reminders I place for events (and, yes. Notifications are enabled). A lot of information is lacking with many items in the app only having a sentence or two describing the event, menu or shop. If I have to visit the shop to get the details anyway then why do I need the app? Do better, Great Wolf Lodge.

app isn't bad in itself easy to navigate. The only issue i would say it has its that everytime you excite the app the lodge you're staying at resets and if you are in a hurry or not paying attention then you'll end up placing an order to the wrong lodge or looking at the wrong times for the attractions. Also i think it would be helpful if they had a tab for looking or keeping track of the orders you've placed during your stay.

We've stayed at 4 different locations, and have booked our 5th, coming up. unfortunately, the mobile app has always been awful, and doesn't work. Links/buttons are behind native Android buttons, and reservations don't show up in the app. update 7/31/25: "oops something went wrong"

willow chat is broken. the chat doesn't adjust its view as im typing, so I cant see what ive typed until it sends. it also sits right at the bottom of the screen hidden behind the navigation bar, so I had to completely change my settings to even ask questions.

app won't load reservations properly anymore to view charges and credits. everything else is also spaced or sized wrong causing buttons to be hidden under the home and back buttons. forcing an update to a broken update is ridiculous. not sure what they tested it on but the pixel series phones definitely weren't it

Love the wide selection of services available. Pictures are large for better viewing. Lots of fun events to choose from.

Staff was great, the atmosphere was kid and adult friendly. Rooms were very clean. Our family had a great time we have no complaints. We will definitely be back !!! 5+ stars all around ✨️ ♥️
