Good app until now, I have connected a smart plug but cannot create a schedule, keeps telling me "error could not create automation" 17-01-24 Update. I am now having issues with the doorbell, after a period of inactivity in the app I do not get alerts from the doorbell. All permissions are granted in the app and I have no problems with the enforcer V10. 16/11/24 UPDATE.. Smart plug works, yay!

I used to be quite critical of these apps. Had just 1 (very) minor issue in the last 12 months. I think they've got it about right so it's time to give it 5*. Update: Spoke too soon. Didn't work for a month. Then worked for a month. Now not working again. Good when it works, but it is unreliable again.

Hardly works. Always having to keep retrying to log in as says, "Unable to poll to cloud or check code and password are correct." They are correct. Signed up to the app so I could log in remotely or use when fob not handy. That's a waste of time as you hardly ever can get into the system. Rubbish app

Disappointed that the app won't work over data. When I'm out, it won't allow me to open, which is useless when trying to check your property. Some days, I don't even get notifications, yes, they are set up. ****Thank you for your reply. Managed now to get it sorted with the help of a techy friend. All good 👍🏻 ****

Exactly same issues as others. Doesn't connect, but polls at security company end. l have sent email as requested. Has caused nothing but hassle & unfottunatly ill feeling with security company as charged to inspect. lssue looked resolved, then exactly same, polling at security end & unable to connect. Useless!

Cannot connect to pyronix cloud thsts all the app says check id and password . Every time we want to alarm The house or disarm it the app won't connect to cloud Even when we have set the alarm and want to check the alarm is working the darn app won't allow us to do it all it says is polling cannot connect to pyronix cloud please check user I'd and password we tried it on 2 different phones with excellent wifi connection but the app won't connect to cloud The App is totally useless

Doesn't work, simple as that. The old Pro control app was rubbish too. Worked when first set up before I went away on holiday, I checked alarm status whilst away and it was just blank......nothing! DO NOT trust trust your property to safely monitored buy this app!

The recent update for additional interfaces such a doorbell cam have now disrupted the basic logging in. I have the latest android updates on my phone and now the App keeps reporting app failure when i log in. It loggs me in shows my dashboard then states there is an error and suts down. £1000 alarm system now useless. Please can you refund me £1000 so i can install an alternative manufacturers alarm system? Compensation for the hassle and damage to my property of replcement needed also. Thanks
