Would be nice if it worked, but it doesn't. If you manage to get past the sign up, tell me your secret because even entering my correct client and vet ID doesn't let me finish the process. It comes up with an error despite finding my information properly in the system. Makes no sense.

I went to the website, entered my phone number for them to send me a link to the play store, why couldn't that link have just been on the site? And then as far as I can tell, all the app even is is a button to access the patient portal which then opens in my browser. I'm so confused as to why this is even a thing.

To the Developers: Please add functionality within the app to send a push notification letting customers know that their prescription request has been fulfilled. Having to call my vet each time I submit a request for a prescription refill thru your app is not the best use of everyone's time.

Unable to log in Update - I'm able to log in but can't locate their records, take a screenshot of the upcoming information or print my 2 pet's records, so what's the purpose of this portal? It used to work better but it's worthless now - I am disappointed!

If I could give it no stars I would. Why offer an app that doesn't work on either PC or phone? If you're lucky enough for it to take your login you'll be sitting forever waiting for the next (any) page to load. Seriously, completely and totally useless.

do not recommend. it says i have an account but it's not activated. it won't let me activate the account. i've tried multiple times. still waiting for the activation email from about 6 months ago.

This is a very poor app. Calls to support do not help. Good idea with sub par development. I'll wait for an app that can be set up and actually works made by someone who knows what they are doing.

Pointless having this because it's not even an app it's just a link opener to a website in the default browser smh I would rather have the pet desk app back
