Always enjoyed my rides with Mercury bikes! I used them all the time during my holidays and they were perfect for short distances as well as for longer trips. They feel safe and comfortable and are easy to handle. The app is well structered and not too overloaded with unnecessary functions. So simple to use. Finally the rent fares are abolutely fair. In particular I liked the different blocktime options :)

Took a Bike in Greece, Stalis. After 15-20 minutes riding, the Bike Motor/display turned off in the middle of nowhere and the backtire blocked itself although the battery was displayed full. The App was still running and charging money but i couldnt unlook the bike, restarting App etc. did nothing. The nearest allowed parking Zone was where i started and trying to end the Ride at nonparking zones doesnt work. Had to Push the Bike Back by Hand in 30+ Celsius with blocked tire...
