It Simply doesn't on twitter work! Nothing gets deleted. NOTHING!!!! It said it deleted 2000+ but this is very dishonest because everything is still there! Why lie to people? It can't even delete one tweet. Not one! I've even tried Redact on the windows version. It's the same. (It was the free version but if it can't delete even one tweet, NO WAY would I pay for this app) Save yourself a LOAD of stress & don't use this app or company. I deleted the app.

Free version worked for a couple hours then stopped. Cleared archive to try to resolve any storage issue but it won't start again. Not inclined to pay for premium given the problems.

Deleted a few tweets then stopped functioning. I'm a sucker and upgraded to the absurdly monthly paid option, wondering if I had hit some low cap. But nope, just doesn't detect any tweets to delete anymore. Tried relogging it into Twitter, changing all sorts of settings. Completely useless

I don't know why it get little star . I use it for my X(twitter) account and it works well i am amazed by the developers i wanna say 10Q for giving us this amazing app. One thing i wanna add is if U could add detailed video how to use it cause for me it worked in the 3rd time. I think the reason for many peoples negative review is this, it don't work in the first try.

After 9 sessions with X using the past year/ past 5 days/ all time, 1) Redact simply removed the red heart but left the complete post in my "likes" time line. 2) Their archive said I had removed ~22000 messages, but my recent posts & replies were still visible. Manual removal on X showed an endless list of recent posts, reposts, & replies. Seriously, does this app do anything?

Ran redact on my Twitter account and the redact app claimed to have "deleted everything"....Logged into Twitter to check that this was the case....It had NOT deleted everything as it claimed, my Twitter STILL shows just over 1800 posts and reposts along with 919 media (when the redact app said it had deleted EVERYTHING)!!!! Why claim it deletes everything when it clearly does no such thing?!?!?

Would be even better if when I went to delete more posts it didn't interrupt the service to force me to agree to rating the app, only to still prevent me from using it BECAUSE IT KEEPS ASKING ME TO RATE THE APP AFTER I ALREADY HAVE. Solve your problem and it will be useful for more than 5 minutes.

Deceptive and dishonest tactics. It conveniently says $7.99 monthly, but there's no option to actually pay for a single month. Not on PC, or even the phone. They first tell you $7.99 monthly then force you to pay for a full year, which is roughly $100 ($95.88 to be precise), unless there's some promotion going on. Why even list "monthly" when you are not going to offer a monthly option. This is just dishonest behavior and it is disgusting.
