Παρουσιάζοντας την εφαρμογή Acaia Updater.Η νέα εφαρμογή Acaia Updater συνδυάζει τώρα τα ενημερωτικά μοντέλα Pearl Model S, Lunar, Orion και Cinco μέσω μιας απρόσκοπτης και σαφούς διεπαφής. Η εφαρμογή είναι εύκολη στη χρήση και ξεκάθαρη στις οδηγίες της. Το αρχικό ενημερωτικό πρόγραμμα κλίμακας Pearl θα διατηρηθεί στο διαδίκτυο, καθώς η σύνδεση της κλίμακας Pearl είναι διαφορετική από αυτή του Lunar και άλλων μοντέλων. Θα ενημερώσουμε και τις δύο εφαρμογές καθώς εκδίδουμε νέες ενημερώσεις υλικολογισμικού.

The app works, even if it is a bit simple. I wish there was a bit more info in the app. I.e. allowing for flashing older firmware options. This would allow for a downgrade in firmware if bugs exist in the new one. Also, this is an app from Acai. Why would they put their rep on the line with sub-par apps. Most of the are trash. Oh, well. Here's to hope for future releases.

App Keeps Crashing I tried to use this app to update the firmware and it keeps crashing. It does not connect to the scale on a consistent basis. Tried to update the firmware about 5 times and it only connected to the scale once. Please fix. I believe this is a good product but hate to get rid of it because of software problems.

Works great without issue. Operationally could use some improvements. It displays the version on the device. The app should display the from and to firmware version. After updating it will still suggest an upgrade. Another reason to see the From - To version numbers to know the scale is up to date or how far behind. It would help after connecting to display the message, "Device up to Date" if the device does not require an update. These are pretty basic best practice type of suggestions.

Lunar 2021 Just received this scale and I have to say that the user interface is buggy. The scale switches modes when I try to tare the weight and will get to a point where you can no longer change mode. So I thought... let's see if it needs to be updated. I could connect to the scale but, while the app said it was updating, nothing happened. And I still cannot get the scale to the mode I want. I am disappointed for spending so much money for something so buggy.

Confusing - not intuitive. I had to reset the device by Googling the instructions. For something as potentially problematic as a firmware update, they should really have these instructions displayed within the app. Additionally, I had to switch to another device to get this to work but really no clear reason why it did work. Lastly, they need to have both the old and the current firmware listed on the same page. Plus, they don't warn you if the firmware is already up-to-date.

Just doesn't connect, seems to be up to date. The connection indicator switches on briefly, but the app does not notice. The instructions are helpfully empty — or perhaps broken as well. Version 1.2.4

Updated acaia pearl S no problem. The web site seems to suggest a different app which does not work. I thought to submit a ticket, and an automatic search of the site found an article that pointed to this app. So now I have the latest firmware.

Crashes on app startup. Android 13 Upd: Indeed it's a permission issue. If I allow permissions in settings the app doesn't crash. Anyway not checking if the permission is denied by user and just crush the app is unacceptable.
