I've used this 3 years. It worked fine until recently. It wouldn't connect to my wi-fi anymore. (No wifi changes) Showed "change battery" & "reconnect" errors. I changed batteries, & errors remained. I uninstall/ reinstalled the program 3 times!! After the 3rd time, I progressed through the connect to wi-fi pages far enough to see that there is NO SECURITY for my thermostat when using wifi. The app works now, but I'm wondering if it's worth it w/o added security.

Generally a good app, but there is too frequently a long lag in updating the temperature numbers on the phone after you make changes to the schedule. One feature that is lacking is the ability to set a length for an override; it defaults to the next schedule event

was easy to setup and install. clear directions. Occasionally need to reconnect to WiFi for one reason or another and the method to do that is easily found. I'm happy a friended recommended this to me. Changing the thermostat remotely has been fantastic.

I wished that the usage history would show details about when heating was used, instead of simply showing the cumulative heating use for the entire day. Widget support would be nice. I wished that the geofencing option would allow for greater temperature differential than just 3°

Oh, thermostat has now apparently died after only 4-5 years lolz, avoid this company. Ever update the UI just gets worse and worse. Who are these people that think these are good ideas? Smaller and smaller fonts with more and more wasted screen space. No settings to adjust the UI beyond display units and generic weather site, not even the color, went from a decent mild blue color to, get this, a super awesome...ultra....über... *drum roll* DRAB GREY!! *fake over-the-top cheering and clapping*

I'm A Plumber, Electrician, and Building Maintenance Worker. I live in a camper during the week when I work. I go home on the weekends. It's a 3 hour trip one way. I have the sensi thermostat in both my home and camper, they are both setup to automatically raise the temperature when I'm a few miles away and lower the temp when I leave. I've been using Sensi thermostats for over 5 years , Easy to setup and dependable!

Sometimes the smart thermostat will be inaccessible via the app even though the wifi adapter is functioning fine. So I have to walk up the stairs to make any changes. Inconvenient.

great app. well designed UI, functional, feature-rich, helpful 'help', you can dive deep into your system or stay surface lite and it's still fine. attractive graphics, commercial design team thumbs up 👍
