This app says it's incompatible with phone. Suggests clicking okay for new update, but no updates are showing available. So I'm currently unable to get into my account and pay online through this app. I hope this is a fixable glitch.

I love the app, but would love it even more if I could figure out how to use the features it explains in the tutorial. I have had this app for two years and have tried almost monthly to get finer grain details on usage but can not get anything less than daily. Is that as fine grained as it goes? Can developers or someone ekse please help me?

The bill I receive in the mail and what is said on the app never match. My account is now in a mess. I'm very disappointed I thought that the electric company would have a more reliable app for their customers to make payments.

They cut down a tree on my property,left a huge stump and a mess to that area. Didn't tighten the fuse in side the LOCKED METER BOX and it caused a power surge and blew up my TV and a few items, the man spoke with lies and told me It was our fault even after the service man said it was not. So they did not reimburse and lost money. Untrustworthy company!!

Can not update payment method,it says you can buy won't save. Should have a option to go to balanced billing when able. Not able to reset password without account number, if you don't receive a paper account, where do you find account number?

Have always had a great experience on this app. Everything is processed and posted immediately. You got daily txts, emails, vect on your account. It's very easy to access.
