I have had a wonderful experience with my doctors. The problems I have had is with Duly's billing and payments, they cannot apply payments to your account and keep up to date payments that are made, they are the most inept billing department I have ever seen, the billing department is antiquated they really need to train their staff because they don't have a clue how to keep good records, they will charge double triple and quadruple times for the same thing.

The options for appointments are limited. I can never tell what to classify my appointment as. My insurance allows me to go to any provider and I am never given all of the offices that exist. Only the ones my general practitioner works at. The app has come a long way, but making appointments is much more difficult than it needs to be.

It's OK, so many shortcomings...why not Post dept phone numbers or at least central scheduling. Ridiculous that I have to google search a number when it could easily be posted for convenient reference. Also, why not list lab locations and hours on the web site, do I can avoid the Ridiculous hood times on your phone system.

I have to attempt sending a message to my doctor for the 3rd time! The first 2 times I was trying to type the message and send 3 pictures, which I had to take new pictures because it said that the ones on my phone were too big, it logged me out and didn't save the long message I had typed. Apparently even if you are typing a message, it doesn't recognize that as activity and logs you out!

The Duly Health Care app has, and continues to be a welcome portal to my medical health care team (and the older I get the larger that team is!) I have never had any problems with the app. Checking test results, scheduling appointments, communicating with physicians offices is just a click away and that type of convenience really takes a load off! Thanks Duly, and keep up the great work!

Mostly accurate but updating of medical records is done by the medical office the patient goes to. There is no option to make an appointment with a new physician and deleting a physician's name is not possible. Temporarily hiding that name and other info is the only choice. The billing is unclear what specific services are being paid.

Works fine for most features. If you are writing and your phone times out everything written is gone. Billing portion is a joke. If your going to offer options to look at past bills then show the entire bill. Not just date dr and price. Half the time when checking why a balance is due it simply states what is due, nothing else. When trying to make an appointment there are times it is better to Google and use the website not the app.

I hate this app. I'm also very frustrated that there was no warning so literally no warning about switching from my chart to their version. Are we still getting notifications if my chart worked but then it wouldn't let me log into my chart I had to download this app and then it wouldn't let me log in at all. Don't Force us to use an app when the other app totally works fine perfectly actually
