1. The app takes your money before the shop approves your order. Easy to get into the situation where you pay only to then find out they've sold out or don't have what you've ordered, then need to seek refund. 2. I don't enjoy seeing the recommended Monster Energy drink each time I make a purchase. It's annoying and gets in the way. Would be good to turn off these recommendations in the settings please.

App still very clitchly. The scan & go is not available to use in current food facility. The prices for drinks is expensive and to build up the loyalty points takes a long time. Like the idea of being able to order ahead of time but this app is not fit for purpose. Its a shame as the idea is good but extremely poor delivery.

There is (according to the tutorial and blurb) supposed to be a Scan & Go option where you can scan items, pay for them with the app, and walk out. Only there is no actual functionality within the app to do this so you still have to queue for ages, making it useless. Support also never respond despite claims of "responses within 1 hour".

This app never works and it is so buggy so please fix it and stop being a failure. Edit: years later, still not fixed. Even though the update says fixes and improvements but i don't see any. Stop lying!!!

After 1 month without a hitch, I placed an order by mistake. Impossible to cancel it and the app crash when I try to contact support... Very disappointed!

Downloaded the app, attempted to open on Xperia xz3. Got an error message telling me my phone is rooted and the app will close in 5 seconds... My phone isn't rooted.

Password at least 12 characters long... Ridiculous. I'll not bother thanks. I assume Breaz uses exotic quantum computing for its hashing and security as it'd be embarrassing if everyone's details got stolen after imposing such a nonsensical rule on is users

Absolutely useless app! Does not do what it it supposed to do, but still ask for password more complex than bank app.
