This app is a joke, honestly. Every other time you go on the vacuum it takes 10+ minutes to "draw" the map that is saved and hasnt changed since the last clean. You cant divide areas into rooms and it doesnt tell you why, it just failed, same for mergeing rooms. There is no information as to when or what needs to be done for a complete scan, it was trial and error. The robot is fine, but the app isnt, I would have returned the robot if i didnt get a great deal.

Using the vacuum cleaner about 2 years. The app never was perfect, but today it decided that I still live in the old apartment, and show me this old map all the time. Like glitching every 2 seconds. All my settings for new map disappeared, and I can't make any changes.

the robot is ok i guess, but the app is awful, you'd think that the paint like graphics are so lame because the work went into other areas but the app is glitchy, connection is questionable, I can't save changes to maps, 1 stair makes the robot have to use a different map, it doesn't understand rooms and doesn't provide a working way to manually draw them, nor does it save the no-go zones, you can't create custom cleaning routines only make an order for specific rooms that you can't divide...

The actual robot vacuum is technically great but the app's quality is quite disappointing - the UX is poor and it's buggy. For example no matter how many times I save the current map every time the robot starts and there is something different in the room the app deletes all my maps, all the rooms I've named, all the schedules meaning I have to go through the whole setup again and again with the robot mapping the whole house, me editting the rooms, etc. This happening every week is frustrating.

The app works pretty well, but I can't figure out how multiple floors management can be done. I saved different maps for ground and first floor, but whenever I'm trying to restore the first floor map for using the robot, I'm receiving an error related to internet connection, disregarding my signal is full. What should be the approach for multiple floors management?

Too many issues! 1.) Every 2-3 months the map data suddenly gets deleted and the robot needs to map my place all over again. Which means I have to fix the map all over again as automatic mapping is incorrect. 2.) Suddenly the robot lost connection to the wifi. Not possible anymore to reconnect. FAQ is useless. 3.) Last update of the app was in Jan 2021!!! Fix this app!

Literally any feature I try to use, the app says "the network is poor, please exit and try again". No, the network is not poor. The robot is great but the app is completely unusable. And they definitely aren't trying to improve it, no update in 6 months, even tho almost all reviews complain about the same thing.
