You expext more convenient UX from such a huge enterprise. I just wanted to make an order and pick it up myslef. The app asked for my addres couple of times. I made my order and right before the payment, it sudenly remembered that I need to be logged it. During the registration it asked for the phone number, Burger King does not do that. After the login it reset my order, needed to make it twice.

Horrible UI, many bugs and annoys during every usage with enabling notifications. After update does not remember stored credentials. It's pain to use. Several times in the past app sent order as-to-go despite I ordered it for consumption in the restaurant...

The user experience is quite poor. For example, when reseting password, you need to enter the email multipple times, and once you reset the password, you need to login again for no reason at all. Furthermore, if you decide not to grant the app notification permission it keeps throwing annoying popups.

It changes the time, place and takeaway/in place options all the time by itself. I could swear I entered everything right but still ended up with order at the wrong place and time, wasting money. It resets location and time every time you do something and often when you try to change the time and place back, it cancels what you had in basket originally so it all has to be done again... I just had a bad day and wanted just some junk food and I had to order it three times and waste more money...

I've tried to order 1 hour before ice hockey championship finals and waited for more than 2 hours until I finally cancelled the order because they could not deliver the food. Repeatedly was in communication with the KFC dispatcher reassuring me of my order. What I'd rather see though, if I wouldn't even be able to order if the delays are huge instead of letting me order and telling me that it will come in 45 minutes. If there's an event like this, get ready and hire more people for the delivery.

Great people. However, because you don't get a printed receipt when you use the app, you also don't know the code to use the bathroom (WC). And a language option in the App for English would be nice for the hundreds of thousands of non-Czech speakers in the Czech Republic.

The app is quite clean and nice, unfortunately so clean that you can't turn off the notifications about news and deals, which is really annoying and it's the reason why I gave only 2* (turning off notificatios for this app in phone settings isn't an option, because then you cannot see the order notification)

Stupid login form. Make it accept all google password Manager suggested strong password with automatic pickup of the username. Validate entries immediately, not after you click the submit button (so you have to press it twice). After account/email verif link click, make the user automatically logged in so they can continue with payment.
