We live in a used to be new but now several years ago neighborhood with about 100 other homes. There is no way in person, via telephone or this app to update mazzio's systems that all these homes exist and are only 1.3 mi away from the restaurant for delivery. Pizza Hut is literally across the drive way, the employees can even toss a softball back and forth if they want. Well at least Pizza Hut delivers to neighborhoods 1.3 miles away.

Tried placing an order and it keeps closing out the app when I go to payfor the order. I think it's offering a deal they don't want to honor and it closes out. Because they havent changed the app.

It does what I need, but I've never seen the Mazzio's icon on my Android phone. It's always a blank, generic Android logo only. The icon shows on the Play store though. Been this way for years and wasn't even fixed when they changed logos. Make is so you can use the back arrow by the Home button on your Android device. Every other app I use, it goes to the previous screen. You have to use the integrated back button at the top of the app only. Super annoying. Might as well just use the website.

The app 'works', but idk why its so slow on screens that don't even make api calls or update state, also the UI/UX is some of the worst i've ever seen, like good lord even the button text isn't centered. The cherry on top is the app icon on Android is just straight up missing, so it uses the default android app placeholder icon lol. Not sure who they paid to develop this app, but this is rough, especially in 2021 where mobile development is pretty darn easy.

Shockingly bad app. Creating an account is a comically long form, which scrolls itself around as you move field to field - and you can't recenter it, so if a checkbox is off screen, you can't change it. If you rotate the screen, it exits the menu you're in and goes back to the main menu. When you pay, there's a field for adding a tip to the order, and if you don't fill out the tip field, which I didn't even see at first, the order fails with a totally unrelated error message. Just comically bad.

Total waste of time. App is fatally flawed - cannot change from vertical to horizontal without total loss of input data. Want to check the required boxes to sign up? Sure, just tilt your screen and lose it all. Start over again. Fill out the order, push (button In the app) back to add to order: start over again. Want to check your ingredients? Start over again. Poorest excuse for a sales tool ever, reflects the quality of the product.

Downloaded the app to use a gift card that was given to me on my birthday. I tried splitting an order between the gift card and a personal card for an order. It ended up not working and kept giving me an error code. The order never went through, but it still drained my gift card and now I have 6 pending transactions on the personal card. It's very sad to see how many apps are in this terrible state.

The app is ugly. Its basic to the point it seems designed by an entry level programmer for visual basic. The navigation is not at all intuitive, its plain at best and ugly at worst, theres no advertising, or anything to promote the business, and perhaps most unforgivable, the scripts are broken. Performing certain actions or series of actions, some as basic as leaving a review, crashes the app and even exposes the bare code in some instances. I expect more from one of the biggest names.
