I needed to place an on line to go order and was skeptical based on the vast amount of low reviews. And now I agree with them. I was nearly done with my online order and checked the details of an item. When I pressed the back button to return to the cart, it returned me to the home screen and LOST everything in my cart. In addition, the app is slow. What should have taken 5 minutes or less literally took me 15 minutes.

Never ever works. There is always a validation error every time I try to complete my order. This has been going on for a year! Tried reinstalling, no luck. Update: I can submit an order as long as I do not utilize my free bread reward, which is a huge reason why we like to go there. When I add the monthly free bread reward I get a "validation error" message at checkout. Boo!

The App is def. not the worst I've experienced but def. not the best so that's why a 3. U have to do a lot of exploring to get the info you need so eventually u get better at it. Another problem is not every location is adept at using the app either. Unless something has changed since I last visited, the Pier 39 store doesn't even have a scanner & cashiers don't know how to check me in w/o it. Only managerial staff knows how so then I have to wait for an on the spot training session.

Now that the app is working as intended again I can give it five stars, it's pretty straightforward has different areas for pickup online ordering and in-store scanning so it's pretty easy to figure out You can also set your custom store to find it easier which is nice and most of the items on menu have an accompanying picture to help decide what you want to order which can be helpful.

I tried to order but it got stuck in a loop where I would choose options for an item and then the add item button would take me back a menu and I had to re-add the item, which took me to the options again and so on. An app for ordering food that doesn't let you add food to your order, pretty useless in it's current form.

Downloaded and logged in. Every time I tried ordering it wouldn't add my item to the cart. Uninstaller it after trying to order several things off the menu. It also doesn't keep your selection for favorite store. Not worth the download, I could drive to the restaurant and order in the time it took me to download the app and try unsuccessfully to put food in my cart.

Have had continuous problems installing thus app and not getting points for free bread. When purchasing item, the icon app couldn't be found. I've had multiple people who are more tech savvy and too many bugs. They also couldn't get the icon on the home screen once the app installed

Downloaded the app. Went through new account setup. Last step is to set up your password. I entered multiple passwords, but every time I click register, nothing happens. Can't even get into the app. Just ordered from their website instead.
