Few years back, i liked this game. Nice visual, effect n gameplay. But now it's all boring. Not much improvements other than releasing new heroes, skin, repair cloth which extremely hard to get. Plus, game keeps crashing, freezing making us losing points esp in sacred duel. Also, the rewards kinda sucks. Other than useful skillbook shard in few game modes. I'm quitting

Need to beware when you purchase items in this game. Experienced a few purchases that I made, payment has been made but I did not receive the items. Tried reaching out to their customer service for help but it was not helpful, so not able to get my money back. I have been playing for 3 years and I guess what keeps most players including myself, continue to play this game is the nostalgic feel, in addition it has nice visual graphics and interesting skills that each character has.

Overalls great game with very strategic turn based system. The game mode gets added and more content is unlocked as your account level growth. HOWEVER their customer service is non-existent. Emails will never get replied, FB page unanswered. Imagine if you invested in playing this game and something happened and you can't contact anyone: that's my story.

If you're f2p, this game is fine early to mid game. But later on the needs of energy to strengthen characters outweight the free available options. Not to mention the terrible droprate of S ranks and higher. Also, even if you do have some good S ranks it still won't work because you need a set of team with matching needs. If you don't get certain necessary role in the team, then you're doomed. Unless you're confident to devote at least 2years constantly playing the game, it's not worth it.

WORST GAMES! always Crash during the startup proses (not responding), also with all SERVER FULL! I think dev just ignore on what happen to their games without any improvement on it. DON'T EVER DOWNLOAD IT SINCE U'LL JUST WASTED UR DATA ONLY ALMOST FOR 13GB WITH NOTHING U CAN PLAY ON IT AFTER THAT! USELESS DEV I'VE EVER SEEN... 😏

Most of us tried to install & stucked in the middle of the installation. Even some of them "passed" the installation session, they faced another problem called "Server Busy". Gacha rate are worst I've ever seen. Drop rate are quite hard to get S. You (Devs) supposed to give out to new player their A/S hero for starter kit. Plus, the game itself were too many skip "animation" just to get the intro of the game & its complicated. Theres no Pre-Regis Gift.I could give you more but already 500 words.

I have paid quite a lot. But now i think it was not worth. The gacha rate is terrible. The upgrades are very expensive and took a long time, the difficulty is medium and fun for the first 20 story levels, but it starts getting worse and absolutely not enjoyable from story 23 and beyond, since you will suddenly need very deep upgrade, then your old saints will be useless, and you will need to spend all your diamonds without guaranteed you will get the new, better saints. This is crazy.

I change from 5 star to 1 star. The game drop rate is getting abysmally low with each update. Not to mention the gameplay is nothing new since launch. The global version and china version have different if not better treatment than this (sea) version. If you want to play i suggest getting the global or china version..even then, the complaints about drop rates is getting worse too. No communication from the dev, their support tech is very bad. So sad, a great game destroyed by greed.
