The app keeps logging out and you are unable to log back in, it just sends an email to your PC and when you click the link, still does not log you in to the app. Pointless having the app now. You guys need single sign on setup or a better way to login to the app and not have to send an email every time.

I'm facing the same login issue reported by few reviewers earlier where it continues in an endless loop of redirecting between login page and playstore app page. It seems like it was resolved for the other user but I still have it. Please check the issue. I'm using OnePlus 12 (Android 14) if that helps.

i would have given zero star for what I have experienced with this company.Booked a hotel for a personal trip, turned out hotel did not get the reservation and therefore did not honor it.Navan even after admitting that there was a fault at their end, did nothing to make it right for me..all they did was that they will have a product feedback and offered me booking another hotel at last minute, for which obviously I was supposed to pay an exorbitant amount.

I opened navan website from my mobile - logged in, they sent a link in the mail for verification, clicked it - the site immediately redirected to google play with an offer to download the application. downloaded it, installed it. login again, password again, again a letter in the mail with login confirmation. click the link in the new letter - the link has expired and so on round and round 3 times. deleted the application. Guys with 30-50% that you throw on top compared to the prices of bookings

Does not load despite multiple installs. update since your response: reinstalled on Android, the strong password from the first sign up did not work anymore so I asked for a QR code. Went to the desktop site had to change a password to another strong password then got errors that said something went wrong please try again later. Ugh. Sent emails to your review dept

I must have downloaded the app while in Italy or something like that, but despite my Android being set to English and all other apps on my phone being in English, Navan insists on translating all data (user reviews, hotel descriptions, place names) to Italian. No way to see the original either. The UI is correctly in English.

Was never able to log in with my org SSO. it keeps redirecting me to the play store to install the app. And of course it's installed. Tab open and again ... the same loop!!! Update: Thanks Navan team for you quick response and sorting it out.
