Με το My Visual Voicemail μπορείτε να ακούτε μηνύματα με οποιαδήποτε σειρά, να απαντάτε με ένα κλικ, να ενημερώνετε τις επαφές σας και να διαχειρίζεστε εύκολα τα εισερχόμενά σας χωρίς να καλείτε ποτέ τον αυτόματο τηλεφωνητή σας. Was fine until this week, then kept saying "Refresh failed" & not showing new messages. Clearing cache didn't help. So I eventually resorted to deleting its data. But now all I get is a background image & button to activate. Which only says: "Activation Error. Visual voicemail was not activated. Please try again. ERR: VMC401-14ee9" (or VMC0-, or VMC403-0). I'm connected to the T-Mobile network only, doesn't make a difference. I tried the T-Mobile specific version, but it does the same thing.

It absolutely will not download and work on my mobile. Idk if it's the network I go through but I can't see that being the reason. So until someone gets back to me and explains why, or help me get it working I'm only giving 1 star. I miss my visual voicemail SOOOOO bad.. I have to use speaker phone to hear and that's not cool cuz I don't get privacy if others are around. Help me.. I have to have my visual voicemail back. Anna V isn't happy.. I removed app and am trying T-Mobile. It works ! ✌️✌️

IT ACTUALLY WORKS! I was about to give this a 1 star rating after having all kinds of problems. Here's how i got it working: before even launching the app once, give it all permissions manually. Turn off Wi-Fi. THEN launch it and let it activate. On its own, I didn't see casually anything triggered. I believe the app is malfunctioning for lots of people because of this. Sadly the transcription isn't working for me but it's a better way to access voicemail.

I woke up this morning after a missed call to see that my voicemail app was gone from my home screen. After some searching, I found "Visual Voicemail" (no "My" in the displayed title, just to make things extra confusing). When I opened it, it seemed to need me to set it up as if I had never used voicemail before, but it won't let me in because it thinks I have cellular data off, even after I turned off wifi to force cellular data use.

Could not get it to activate on one plus 6T. Messaged mint, they were of no help. Disabled visual voicemail in dialer settings and the app connected. As of now not seeing the transcript of the message. It looks like this is supported in the pictures in the app info. Hoping this will work. But does show messages and can easily listen to them from the app.

After I disabled Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi calling, and the visual voicemail in the stock dialer, this app successfully activated. It didn't transcribe any messages when I tested it, but I was able to listen to the recordings. I use Mint Mobile on Essential Phone PH-1. The developer could've included "disable such and such" as part of the getting started guide.
Whatever Just Another Name
Does what I needed, thank you so much. Having a number that's not based in the public space (for example carriers like Mint Mobile and Visible Mobile) means that they don't have visual voicemails set up yet for some unknown reason. Thanks to this app, I do and it makes listening to left messages on my voicemail so much easier and shorter 🙂 you're also able to download them and save them or send them wherever. I like that. I'm glad I thought of this 😃 10/10

Visual voicemail does no work. Will not set up, continues to give error message "visual voicemail we are experiencing some issues with activation" with varying alphanumeric error codes. Yes, I have manually set permissions to phone, contacts, sms and storage, and downloaded the latest version of the app. This same error occurs for days on end every time the app is updated through the play store. Quality control/testing is severely lacking by whatever dev team writes updates for this app.
