Improve your app. First of all the map, even though I'm enjoying that is a local app is not user friendly at all. Why the pickup point is not stable. The app doesn't memorize the saved addresses. You should wait more than 15 minutes to find a car. It's my second time that I'm uninstalling the app because is really frustrating to find a taxi when you needed.

Almost useless, when you need a taxi, there isn't any, though there are taxis nearby, AND YOU CAN SEE THEM. And when you cancel the call, they call you after one minute to tell you that your taxi is coming... LATER EDIT: installed again and uninstalled it after 3 days: address errors, some drivrrs do not observe the time indicated on the app, canceling a call is useless, they send you the car anyway etc

App has potential, but there are too many issues. Locations of the driver are not updating. Wait time not correct. Address can not be updated while ordered. Also I had to cancel ride once because I could not change address and thats why I got blocked. They need to improve

Clean intuitive UI. Card payments are working fine. The price however seems to be higher by 20-30% ( same route, same traffic conditions). It doesn't offer anything better than the competitors to pay the difference 🤔

I always book standard rides, but always get charged exactly at comfort rate. About 20-25% extra. The estimated prices within the app mean nothing. Yes yandex is more expensive, but at least I know how much money I will spend. Letz is always a surprise.

The worse experience ive ever had, dont recomend at all!!! Bad map, bad taxy pickup, high price(the price at the end is higher than the one shown in the app), fake promotions!!! Use other taxy apps.

The app suspended my account for 24 hours without warning, notification or other communication, after I had cancelled 2 trips with clear reasons, I think this Letz measure is a quite careless way of acting. In addition failed to carry out a scheduled ride.
