Overall, the app works. However. Inability to Bypass the Chatbot to Reach a Human Representative The chatbot is a significant bottleneck, trapping users in an endless loop of generic responses. Insufficient information on car models. Key details such as engine capacity, trim levels and features are missing. This lack of transparency forces users to look elsewhere for information, making the booking experience inconvenient and unreliable.

While the idea provides a good platform to have hourly car, it lags, unreliable. I have been stuck out of my car in a scary parking lot for 30mins as the key does not work. Customer service is like a bot even after getting to a human agent. They keep giving the scripted answer rather than helping and the harass you with calls only to tell that you're liable for a fine etc etc. I've also lost alot of time unable to lock the car more than 3 times , it really does pose a threat being in parkinglot

Bad app experience, simply trash. Need hours for verification only, face & ic verification too complicated for most phone user. Need to repeat the same verification just because its blury as some phones cannot focus the camera. Need to wait for the next verification im hours, trash app.

Helpful and fast response from customer service. I had problem with my booking – the car isn't available at the zone. It took around 1 hour for them to find replacement for my booking. I had problem with fuel reimbursement – i emailed to them all the details and they responded in few hours. Updated: Few times got dirty and unserviced car. Byebye socar 👋

Do not use this scam of an app... they'll charge you unreasonably & there's hidden charges...even after paying the required amount, they'll charge you even more which I wasn't even aware about...good riddance trash Socar...you cheat & steal people's money....i hope that you will go bankrupt and and never return to this industry ever again... DELETING MY ACCOUNT & SCREW YOU

It was quite a good application, but sometimes when you stuck in the middle, not opening the car door, not connecting sometimes, bluetooth doesnt connect , i lost a ride after i booked car. When i receive the car its was not gonna open after so many tries , contacted socar and then they canceled my ride , but unfortunately they didnt gave me back my money after atleast two months , i contacted the socar many times but they dont have direct customer services. Disappointed!

DO NOT USE THIS APP is a SCAM !!! Socar charged me penalties for their own stupid app malfunctioning. They stated support team will reach out within 24 hours = Nothing from them since ever. Facing issue in middle of the night, end up stuck with this TRASH Virtual Assistant so called "SORAYA", I requested a Live chat agent but end up in infinite loop with this STUPID BOT. No call service whatsoever to assist at all. Using Web to chat with live agent, waited 10 thousand year with no response too

Don't know what international driving permit they need say I have go to us embassy to get one while I have one that work in different country and I use it in malaysia too but have to get it from a government idp they don't do idp and the customer service don't know what there talking about they say government issues idp
