What a clusterfxxk. Horrible app. Slow, poorly organized, doesn't work well if in an area with poor cell service - which is most of where this applies. Impossible to clearly see your ticket, keeps saying it's expired, etc. Lets you buy a ticket for trains that don't exist. Did I say horrible app?

The app works very well and it is an essential tool, since EAV staff is not always present in the train stations and the it might be hard to find a place selling bus tickets in the city. I will give 5 stars when the delays will be shown real-time in the app on the selected route

This was the only transit app in Italy that actually worked. All the others were terrible. Could be improved by having a map of the different stops. The timetable was quite accurate and worked reasonably well. Not perfect, but compared to the other transit apps in Italy, this is a dream.

Faulty app, stuck on the home screen on Android Pixel 7Pro. Beware tap-out at some stations is not available (L9 Gerolomini), so you end up being overcharged, you can't buy tickets at the station, too. Disaster.

To use the app you must make an account, no "Continue as guest". Witch would normely be fine but you have to activate the account with a code sent to your phone number. Me and my partner tryed both our numbers multiple times over multiple days and not ones did we receive any code, so couldn't use the app at all.
A Google user
A waste of time and money. No EAV employee in Sorrento knows how to read/scan an electronic ticket. That includes 3 EAV ticket sellers at main bus station, the conductor checking validated tickets on bus, or the bus driver --- they know nothing about this app or say they don't have equipment to scan an electronic ticket. The ticket seller at main station said "that app is stupid because it is very easy to buy paper tickets." Ugh, I'm out the money paid for my tickets on app as it is useless.

Having selected the outgoing and incoming times I wanted, I was prompted to Proceed. I was then taken back to the log on screen. I tried again with the same result. Not a lot of use.

Worthless app if you are a tourist of the area. Endless loop of trying to register and you never receive the text message to activate your account. You cannot purchase anything unless you are registered.
