Brethap es otra aplicación de meditación (yama). Incluyendo un temporizador para la meditación, también te permite configurar un patrón de respiración para que lo sigas. Sus sesiones se guardarán, lo que le permitirá monitorear y ver estadísticas sobre su progreso en una vista de lista o de calendario. La duración, la respiración y otras opciones se pueden configurar a través de las preferencias guardadas. Los preajustes de técnicas de respiración incluyen 4-7-8, suspiro fisiológico, entre otros.

Thanks for the reply! turns out dark mode overwrites the setting. I am using a samsung A70, maybe samsung's implementation of dark mode is the problem? I have android studio downloaded on my machine, I'll try and mess around with the code over the weekend.
