No customer support. I change phone and forgot my password. Im having trouble recovering my password. Also they have no customer support. I've emailed them so many times and no one is there. Seems to be fake our a useless app. Now it seems your app doesn't work so i uninstalled it then reinstalled it and i can't sign in with my same phone number

Much needed update. This new version makes searching for offers lot easier. Now cashback provided for store bills too. Best feature now is saving all loyalty cards in the app. Don't have to carry loyalty cards in the wallet anymore. I even added my library card in the app. Great update. Expecting more offers from more stores..

Good app. Offers and Cash Back are real. Just used at a ombre salon dso and got 40% cash back which I used again to discount my next bill. Amazing how it works. Lots of places to get cash rewards from in Dubai. Note they allow you to earn through referrals and also give free vouchers to spend for every 5 successful referrals. Recommend it. Try it.

Best app!! Always handy for me to save some extra bucks from my monthly budget...I know the cash back amount or reward points are not that huge but it feels good when I see those confirmation emails for my cashback approval, as if I have won jackpot. I have been using Znap since 2019 and amazed to see the amount of small retailers along with big brands being added every month. Good Job Team. All the Best for future.

UPDATE | They say there is no record of my signup despite receiving 2 codes from them and 5 welcome emails. I am unable to create another account die to being told my account already exsists! Supported me ran some tests and then said they would set up an account for me - FOUR days ago. Been waiting TEN days for resolution. I wouldn't waste time installing this app until they sort out the sign up issues as it's a waste of time and energy.

After updating the app the videos are gone and the quiz came newly, 1st znap quiz came with 5 questions of product company names. I may did wrong so it was not rewarded. 2nd znap quiz came with 5 questions of znap related, I am pretty sure all things are correct but still it was showing I did some wrong questions. So, I stopped taking quiz and giving this review. Slightly dissatisfied...
