My pup and I both love Ollie so much, but I am unable to sign into the app. it gets stuck on the loading screen. have deleted app and redownloaded multiple times on both android and iOS and still have the issue. The issue has been happening for about 3 or 4 days now, I think there may be an issue with the connection to the server (specifically the shopify SSO login)

make it damn near impossible to CANCEL! I been looking for an hour and still haven't figured it out! both via app and online site. I've followed the faq and still nothing! it's super expensive. I'm not saying it's not good. but I ordered a box, and now im stuck with a $220 bill for coming up too fast. it was already in process by the time I used 1 package. these subscription services are predatory.

I have a hard time with it because when you send verification numbers to my email, I have to close my Ollie screen and open my email to get the number and then write it down so I don't forget it. But even after doing all that, after I type in the number on the screen and then submit, it ALWAYS is reported to be wrong.

love the ease of getting food my pup loves along with the extras. its easy to switch options also

Update A massive amount of good food arrived, but portion instructions were somewhat buried in the app. I complained and got an immediate response pointing me in the right direction. The other interactive aspects look very helpful to getting my dogs weight under control. I expect to upgrade my rating again in time.

This app is very limited compared to the website, which keeps trying to send you to the app. All of it is difficult to navigate. It asks for breed but there's no option to change the breed so it just says unknown. The pricing is ridiculously high. Seriously $152 for 4 weeks if you're only feeding half this kind a day and something else the other half. For the quality, it's too much.

Jojo loves his food. The portions are just right for him. When needed we give him a little extra. His mental clarity is so much better. His bowel movements are better also. The delivery has been outstanding 👏.
