2/3 of the time the bus tracker option is malfunctioning. Either the busses transponder is broken or turned off. Or the website/app is malfunctioning. Jot showing the bus, possibly for the anove reason. Or, often the app simply wont show routes, the field where you choose the routes to track is blank. App wont reload etc. On top of the bus not running to schedule. Early or. More often late. This happens far too often for someone who relies on public transportation for work. All of February!

dear god this app is horrible. its so unreliable, laggy, and inaccurate. either give us a bus tracker, or dont. its not worth having a half-assed, mostly broken app. route 16 never appears to be working on the tracker, and that's super annoying on a route that goes through popular parts of the city.

I never usually comment on these reviews ..And honestly I'm not a big fan of the WRTA all together..But I take the bus everyday and this app has never let me down..You just have to know that if the bus is more than a ½ hour out it won't show up on the schedule.. Great app tho I think..👍🏻

Ads on an app like this shouldn't exist. I get that they're probably trying to make some extra money with the ads, but it's annoying and bogs the app down

At this time WRTA Office told me not to use their app to look up Schedules bc there are problems,like Wrong Bus Stop Times listed,they did not go into details but that word was good enuff for me and I am sharing,they said is better to use the paper printed Schedules
