The app is intrusive, after login it shows a pop up for consent and even if you say no, it shows the list of cities. We have to close that too. Then I have issue with the app that even registering with correct date of birth, it shows wrong date of birth and don't let me change to correct one. Calling customer care also didn't change it and chat inside is some automated chat that doesn't solve anything. Overall poor experience.

Latest version of the app is not allowing to book test for family members. The entire family member feature has gone crazy. Can't select family member while booking test. Older family member registrations are showing strange fields. Can't delete registrations. Only you can add the family member to your profile and be happy -- can't book tests for them!! Urgent attention required.

i have not seen such poor user unfriendly app. You get so irritated and practically can not use this app if you add all family members. booking n promotion of test all goes together as a result screen space is so small your dont know. test thrown by app can be deleted. what you want to book can not be searched. very unexpected n poor show by Lal.

worst service ever. Lal path lab is highly overrated.. I booked a test for my mother, She is elderly. she was fasting.. next day without any prior information i get notice that its not possible to collect the sample ..i make a complaint.. they reschedule and then cancel the order after a while .. while we waited .. and making me wait for 15 days for refund.. worst app , and worst customer service.

The agent called at 7am, I slept at 2am and was checking the app at 11pm, who calls that early? Then I specifically asked if a location and area was covered for home collection, he assures me that it is availible all over India, talks to me for 30mins, then 'Sorry not available in your area, no problem you can go to one of our locations' 🤦 Thanks for waking me up on my day off to tell me you can't do what I need, after specifically asking. Disappointing.

Very bad service, not getting any help through customer care team also. They only try to give excuse, nobody ready to help. It's really bad, not getting reports even after 56 hours, the other service provider like "Redcliffe labs" giving much better service and response. I never use Dr. Lal path lab service again and also not recommended to anybody.

perfect app for booking tests as well as keeping all my previous reports on my finger tips. above all summary and comparison with previous test results is really a useful feature of the app.

Good App. Just one problem I faced. I couldn't able to add my dependent family member in App easily. Giving some error. Had to call customer care.
