I'd like to say that it's a silky user experience, but it's quite clunky. Multiple validation codes, set up biometric login twice, update app , forced logout, stuck on an Empty Basket screen, 15 min of frigging around just to work out if I had any rewards points to roll-over by 20 October. I didn't. Identity verification is one of the great challenges of our times but I had to prove who I am 4 or 5 times here, just to check my rewards points.

App is so complicated to use between different members. The main page MUST display the basic information like membership numbers and policy holder numbers that is ease of access instead of going through different clicks.. Try and copy the simplicity of BUPA ..

Every time I use this app I need to re-enter my e-mail address to receive a code which then I need to enter to gain access to my account which returns me to entering my e-mail address again, I end up going to the web site to make claims and check my cover instead. Why are my access details not kept when accessing the app?

Painful continuous signing in and no access to a digital card for automatic claims. Could 6 months ago on same phone but don't know where it's gone. Can see what is available for claim limits, so that was good.

Scammers never help with health expenses while Im on Australia and does not allow me to cancel it immediately on the day I left and have to go through lengthy and stressful process. dont use these health covers

Makes me log in multiple times only to find that NIB is offline. Might as well push around bits of paper.

It keeps bringing me to the rewards part but now the claims part of the app isn't working and keeps crashing when I try and use it.
