JBV1 به یک رادار یاب V1 با قابلیت ESP (دانگل بلوتوث مورد نیاز) یا V1 Gen2 (بلوتوث داخلی) نیاز دارد.
برای V1 های قبل از V1 Gen2، JBV1 همچنین به یکی از آداپتورهای بلوتوث زیر نیاز دارد تا با V1 شما صحبت کند:
* اتصال V1
* اتصال V1 LE (توصیه می شود)
هر دوی این آداپتورهای بلوتوث از شرکت Valentine Research در دسترس هستند.

* MODIFY PHONE STATE فقط برای فعال کردن بلندگوی دستگاه شما در برخی موارد استفاده از "بلندگوی اجباری" استفاده می شود.

JBV1 شامل یک سرویس دسترسی اختیاری است که برای ارائه اتوماسیون اختیاری زیر استفاده می شود:

This app is amazing! I went on a road trip this weekend and used this app. Not only does this work flawlessly with my V1, but it also regognizes the route that I plugged into Waze. On top of that, it save me severe weather tracking on the top left corner of the app. I saw where all the thunderstorms were at. The only thing it doesn't do is drive the car for me. Awesome app!

I've had radar detectors for 20 years, but this app (paired with the Valentine V1) has changed my perspective on my previous experience. I feel like I've been missing out. The app is loaded with features that were not possible with my old radar detectors. In fact, I think it's ruined me for any future apps/detectors in the future. The developer is responsive and continually sends out improvements to an already incredible and free app.

JBV1 is a fabulous app! I have driven with a Valentine One for decades. This app makes for a transformative improvement to a already great device. Tracking the location of false signals along the road and silencing the alert automatically is so nice! JBV1 pulls in information from a great variety of sources to give me a safer more pleasant drive. I really love that it announces the speed limit to me when it gets a signal making it easy to be certain I am driving a reasonable speed.

This app is amazing in standalone mode and when paired with a Valentine 1 Gen 2 detector, it takes both to the next level. I haven't encountered many apps of any type as well thought out and with as many features as this one. The only reason I can't give it 5-stars is it's giving erroneous speed limits. It's telling me the posted speed limit in a 50 MPH zone is 31 MPH and the speed limits in a 35 MPH zone are 22 MPH and 16 MPH. Other than that, it's perfect.

Totally awesome! This app has so many options it's hard not to spend hours testing and tweaking things to make your perfect profile! Even better is that the default profile works from the time you turn it on! I use this app a lot (thousands of miles and hundreds of hours) and not once has it failed to perform, crash or locked up my device! The developer has made something that rivals the best apps written! He needs to teach other devs how to write apps!

I am continually amazed at this app and its effectiveness as a counter measure tool. I use it in standalone Mode with my Uniden R3 and Waze running underneath. Thank you for the quality, attention to detail and thoroughness. It is by far my favorite app. And I would add a 6 star as my geek alarm went off when I heard my first airplane detection. Love it!
